At Exeter Airport my grandson needed a covid test so we could go to Spain i must say the staff went above and beyond started a bit earlier than 8am so we didn't miss our 8 55am flight well done and thank you.
While the overall experience was excellent I'm afraid cannot give it a five star rating, which is what the service I received deserves, because I have to challenge the whole idea of testing for Covid anymore. It is no longer necessary to provide a negative test to fly to most countries insisting we still do in certain instances seems to me that it's just another way of extorting money from the already overstretched public.

We received a form with the wrong nationality printed on it which - if we hadn’t spotted it - could have caused us difficulty at the airport. Nevertheless, mends were quickly made due to good customer service and the testing procedure was also quick and efficient.

I got a positive result despite tesing negative three times in consecutive days with other providers.
I forgot to mention you didn't sent me my son's result you sent it to my wife and when I asked two more times for a copy of his certificate they sent my wife my daughter's certificate. Talk about incompetence, let alone serious breaches of GDPR!

I booked the wrong day and received an email that evening, very politely asking if I had meant to book for the following week and offering to rebook an appointment on the correct day, which was duly done. I was sent directions, which were very easy to follow and when we arrived were tested straight away and sent the results by email. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. What more could you want!
Overall a really great experience. Received all the documents I needed in less than a day. Really lovely and supportive Staff.
The service was so quick and painless. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and made the whole process rapid and fluid, I would definitely recommend the service
Really easy to book, quick turnaround at test site. I had to contact customer services and they were fab!!

I was given one accurate (negative) PCR test result and certificate and two others (one negative and one positive). This is an utterly unacceptable breach of protocols. It would be be MINUS 5 if the firm had not moved quite quickly to clear things up after I alerted them. Still not good enough.

We had to make a last minute appointment because Lloyds Chemist cancelled on us 5 hours prior to our scheduled times

Easy experience everything went to plan, but was disappointed to have to pay £3 for under 30 minutes parking at Bournemouth airport. Thought GPDQ should have passes for their customers, but guess the airport makes the rules with parking charges.

Dreadful experience, the test was performed far too deep and not horizontally as it should have been. I was in pain for one day and now, a month later, the pain is coming back.
