My daughter went to have lateral flow test she was seen straight away staff were friendly and professional and was in and out within 10 mins highly recommend.

Overpriced
No fault from the friendly staff; quick and efficient and check in was simple. Only issue was the price of the test - £40 each. Annoyingly the certificate wasn’t even checked when we got to Marjorca as they only scanned the self declared Spanish health issued QR code from the app.

Lack of service when enquiring about test results
Testing was fast, friendly and hassle free.
Confusion over the email address where the results were sent resulting in us not getting the results before the flight, even after asking for assistance twice.

Pretty smooth process actually
Pretty smooth process actually. The anxiety of getting a COVID test for a 24 hour requirement travelling to Spain (Majorca) wasn't pleasant, but fortunately it all worked out. We booked about 10 days in advance for a test at 8am in the morning when travelling a 9pm the same day. Hope this is helpful.

Polite staff but opening hours could be better.
The staff were extremely polite, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the documentation printed off as my emails weren’t loading. My only negative feedback is their opening hours which is no use when you have a flight before they open.
