Very helpful straightforward and timely service.

My daughter had a pre departure pcr for our holiday and it was easily laid out, easy to find, stress free. Polite and patient tester.

Very good service. Well organised, friendly staff. Results came through very quickly.

Very quick response and test results but hardly surprising as exactly the same lateral flow I would do at home. Pleasant staff and really helpful especially as it was as stressful situation of having missed a ferry but totally overpriced, and I feel they are cashing in on this and putting people in an unavoidable position, it’s literally test and pay (£40 per test) or don’t travel. Such a shame.

All went smoothly. Staff were delightful, very efficient & helpful. Results arrived when expected.

I need to do a PCR test 48h before departure. I hoped that there may be a faster turn around result as there is barely other people taking the test. However, it took 46 hours for the result to arrive and I have to do another urgent test. So if you have other choice, I would avoid choosing this company.

With the assistance of an incredibly helpful lady in Norwich International Airport I was able to acquire my PCR in rapid time and ready to commence my business trip to Qatar. She advised the laboratory of my need for a result in the morning of the following day to check in for my flight and they expedited the testing of my sample as a priority. Very happy with the service supplied
