Use GPDQ, not Lloyds Pharmacy…
After having been badly let down by Lloyds Pharmacy at 3pm the day before flying (cancelled appointment without telling us), we got to GPDQ at Exeter Airport by 4pm and the team were efficient, quick and pleasant. They even refunded some money where, in our haste, we'd ordered the wrong test.

Really bad
Really bad. Very expensive and high car park charge. Nothing more to say, hope we never have to use it again. Inadequate staff training. Shouldn't have been on her own. Very vulnerable, in a very shabby cabin.

Poor service
Having booked for a test at your Exeter airport branch
for 10am on the 1st of July with an explicit request that the results should be received by 10am on the 2nd, we eventually received the results at 11.45am after several phone calls to GPDQ. Our check in time was 12noon and to say we were in a state of high stress is a gross understatement.

Norwich airport Covid Test Centre
Not much to say really. Booking was easy, staff very friendly, efficient and got the job done quickly. Results arrived as promised within the timescale and there was a voucher for the car park
