Test was easy and the staff were very helpful. We paid for a PCR but only needed a lateral flow for the flight and was credited the amount after the test was taken.

Good fast service.
Parking available would be helpful as there are spaces nearby.
I was told to expect 2 emails, but only 1 came through, so did not realise I could access the results when the email initially came through.

Quick and easy, great service
Quick and easy to get Covid test, results received promptly. Also great customer service, helpful when I made initial enquiry and no fuss when I needed to change appointment.

Staff well clued up on different requirements. Did the certificate required to fly to Japan via email as soon as they sent the results.
