Good website with plenty of choice to be had.
Our particular choice arrived in good time, well packaged and undamaged. It was easy to assemble and set up. Only niggle is that the remote control is a tad to small with symbols that are hard to read. Although we have also discovered that the base of the fire surround does get very hot 🔥✋️to the touch when using the fan heater; so hopefully this will not tarnish or blister over time 😬

WARNING Think Twice
WARNING: I purchased an Ezeeglow electric fire three years ago in Enniskillen Co Fermanagh as I live in Northern Ireland. When I turn it on now and put on the heat option it cuts out completely. It is out of warranty. Having googled the issue I called the business I purchased from and they emailed Ezeeglow. That was over a month ago. As I had received no follow up, I went into the Ezeeglow website and found a phone number myself, rang them and they gave me the number of an engineer in N Ireland called David. I rang him on 16th March last explained what was happening and he asked me to send a pic of the fireplace along with my details which I did straight away. He whatsapped me back at 20.13 on 20th March to say he would need to have another call in my area as I am located over two hours from him. I messaged back straight away to ask if there were anyone in my area who could take a look. He messaged me back at 22.10 to say he doesn't have any jobs near me. Thats the last I've heard from him, to me it looks like he can't be bothered servicing my electric fire. I then receive a phone call from Ezeeglow themselves yesterday, 27th March in response to the original supplier's email over a month ago. The lady I spoke to gave me a phone number for an engineer called Dougie, who it turns out is actually David! I explained the messages I received from him and discovered that the only other engineer available is a guy in Co Mayo, ROI. Extremely bad follow up service from Ezeeglow, if I'd known that I wouldn't have purchased their brand. David/Dougie did not inform me of costs or give me the option to pay those costs, contacted me out of hours, abrupt messages, no greetings or apology. I do not want anybody else to be in this position which is why I am doing this review. I would warn people buying their fireplaces to check the follow up service, locations of engineers etc!!

Good products, but terrible support.
Good products, but terrible support.
I can’t imagine their warranty means much.
I bought a spare part for a stove that is still under warranty, but the part didn’t fit, either it was faulty or the wrong item.
I sent a clear video showing the issue and followed up multiple times, but the company completely ghosted me.

Great reduction in sale for easy build , the quality is exceptional and so easy to construct. You do need 3 people for final lift ,but passed all expectations and looks incredibly expensive. The fire is cosy and adds warmth to the room

Poor design
Unfortunately due to the design of the unit it cannot sit flush to the wall. The fireplace is at the same height as the plug sockets (standard height as seen in most houses) and the sky cable sits too far out from the socket to allow it go fully back. Changing the front plate to a version that sits flush to the wall wouldn't give enough depth. Therefore further costs and disruption are required.
Build quality is good as far as I can tell though.

In some setups, plug sockets and certain cable types (such as Sky connectors) can protrude more than standard fittings, which can affect how flush the appliance sits. We always recommend checking clearances or considering recessed sockets where possible, but we understand this can sometimes lead to additional work.

Stunning kit
Stunning kit , looks amazing . I had 72 inch version . Be warned certainly not a few hour job and very heavy to put 2 final sections together about 80kgs stacked on another piece. Took 4 of us and one was a printer mdf installer . One bolt holding 2 sections together makes me nervous ..The courier was awful, dx, but that's not there fault necessarily. Overall though vastly superior unit to whats available looks jaw droppingly good. Fire effect is highly impressive.
