We can thoroughly recommend Grabex Windows who supplied and fitted our new glazed front door and two glazed side panels.
Greg was our initial contact and was very helpful through the design phase, which included a tour round the factory. Lukas was proactive and clear on the survey, Richard and Phil did a great job fitting the whole unit, and Matt in customer service coordinated everything well.
Must also give a big shout out to Hugh Wootton of Specialist Glass Company in Sidcup who created our three beautiful stained glass panels. Hugh was recommended by Grabex and works regularly with them.

This was a good experience - our sale consultant Marta Bouziane was very helpful and patient with us - the process was long as we have had to make a few changes due to unexpected design challenges. The installation was timely and professional.

I had double glazing windows installed in my period property apartment several years ago. I had a great experience from start to finish - quality materials, like for like design for period properly, and professionnel fitting. What made Grabex stand out is their customer service. I had an issue opening a window that had been closed for a while. Grabex were responsive in arranging a visit, didn't charge to fix the issue and provided a helpful tip on maintenance long term.

Grabex dealt the windows order with by builders as btb deal. Property owners paid the builders for the windows. After works are finished, Grabex required the property owners to pay £150 + VAT to have the account under their name and said windows were provided without warranty whilst builders sold to the property owner a 10 years warranty. Property owners BE CAUTIOUS about this mechanism which will screw you up.

I had windows and doors change in my home . I'm very please for work you have done. Igor and Dorian were extremely helpful , professional and hard working people, very positive and cherfool . They work longer to get job done with one short break through whole day.
Menager Mariusz told us how to protect windows and doors. Hi provide us with silicon spray for locks and seals.
Thank you Grabex .
We had some really lovely bifold doors made and fitted by Grabex about eight years ago. They were not the cheapest but we love them and have been very happy with them. A few days ago, we started having trouble with the lock. I checked my paperwork and we had a 10-year guarantee. I got in touch with them, and they couldn't have been more helpful. A day or two later, their chap Richard turned up and fixed the doors (no charge). Really impressed.
From the initial enquiry through to the installation the service and attention to detail from GRABEX has been everything we could have hoped for. As for the windows and additional work? amazing value for money and such a worthwhile investment. Thank You!
Follow up visit from the team at Grabex to service my beautiful sliding doors. Prompt, efficient service with a smile. Nothing is ever too much trouble and you can rest assured that they provide really excellent customer care. 10/10.
We contacted Krystian at Grabex Windows to gather information, to replace our kitchen windows and bedroom windows on same floor.
He was excellent to deal with and very professional, as was Lucasz the Surveyor, and Matt (in office).
We finally had the paned "Georgian" style windows fitted very quickly from initial consultation with a great result!
We would recommend the Grabex window products and the very professional staff for windows!
Our new windows look great and we're very pleased with them.
Thankyou to all at Grabex (and to fitters Ryan and Scott)!
Excellent!
Krystian Brzozowski and his team were extremely professional in every aspect of the job. I observed good time keeping, hard work, attention to detail, polite manners and transparency throughout the work conducted on our house. Very happy with the new windows and door that was installed. Highly recommend their services.
We had rooflights, new windows and a door installed at the back of our house by Grabex five years ago. We were and remain really pleased with them. Recently we had a small issue with the lock on one of the windows and contacted Grabex. They quickly responded and within a few days the problem was dealt with. The aftercare service was efficient, friendly and professional, just like our dealings with them five years ago, and we will have no hesitation in using them again in future for further work.
Matt went above and beyond in his customer service. After our initial site visit the communication with the company was fantastic. They even called us back to discuss an alternative idea they had thought of which would make our home more secure. They didn't try to up sell us in fact they saved us money. They were very patient with us when we had a delay on our build and then fitted us in last minute so that we didn't have to have our house open to the elements. Would highly recommend this company and have now used them several times. Customer service 5 star
Thank you to Mario and his team who did a wonderful job installing a new glazed roof and window in my kitchen. Also, the office team, who were so helpful in getting my project sorted and done. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I am very happy with the quality and standard of work provided by Grabex and I will certainly be recommending them.
The whole team at Grabex were amazing from start to finish. Matt in customer services and the installation team were great to work with. Our bifold doors are beautifully made and everyone comments on how amazing they are. We will definitely use Grabex in the future.
I was disappointed with my Grabex window installation. My first issue was that the original installation date was changed and rescheduled due to a glass delay, although in fairness, I was given sufficient notice of the date change, but it was frustrating nonetheless and not a great start.
Secondly, prior to installation, at initial quote stage and during the survey, I asked whether three plantation blinds fitted over the original windows could be re-fitted after the window installation. I was told it was a conversation to have with the fitters. On the day of installation, I was advised I should have removed the blinds myself, that they would not be re-fitted and the cost of removing them would be £250, in cash.
Grabex say they told me I needed to remove the blinds prior to installation. This isn’t true. Grabex told me to clear the room as much as possible, including pictures on the walls; which I did. They told me to cover everything with dust sheets, which I did. They did not tell me to remove the blinds, so I didn’t. If the blinds needed to be removed, I would have removed them, rather than leaving them screwed to the window frames, delaying the work and having to pay an additional charge that I had not budgeted for.
Grabex asked me if I wanted to completely cancel the installation and pay a reduced cancellation fee because the original installation had been rescheduled. To compromise, I proposed Grabex reimburse £150 of the £250 I paid in cash, which they agreed to. I had already planned to tip the fitters £100, so it sort-of worked out, but it unfortunately took Grabex almost 2.5 weeks to transfer the agreed £150 into my bank account.
Thirdly, the wooden fittings/ surrounds around the windows were either measured incorrectly or not cut to the correct size. Either way, the work was not completed in one day as agreed and a second fitting had to be organised, with the closest appointment being one week after the installation. These things happen, but when they happen, you expect residual work to be finished within a short period of time, not one week later.
Fourthly, on the day of the second fitting, 30 minutes before the work was due to start, I was told the fitting would probably be cancelled because of ill health. Two hours later, I phoned Grabex; and was advised the work would not be carried out and was offered an alternative appointment 5 days later. Due to work commitments, I had to turn the date down and wait until the following Friday, 2 weeks after the original fitting.
We all get ill, it’s one of those things, but to have no other fitters available was annoying and there seemed to be no sense of urgency, particularly given that I had already been left with an incomplete installation for one week. Grabex later said it was a personal reason for the late cancellation, and if that is the case, then I am of course sympathetic to the fitter and I hope they are okay, but Grabex, the employer, should have a plan in place to manage employee absence, rather than disclosing personal reasons as an excuse, which is guilt-tripping.
Grabex answer phone calls promptly, and emails are replied to within an hour or so, but my overall experience wasn’t great, and I regret choosing Grabex. It’s a shame writing this review, but it’s an honest account of my experience. They dropped the ball on this occasion, and I hope they learn from my experience.
I am exteremely happy with Grabex’s maintenance service. The requested visit was arranged promptly upon my request to inspect the Grabex large patio doors which became difficult to slide. Mario lubricared the wheels and rubber and explained the maintenance process. The doors are now moving effortlessly. Many thanks! Renata
