Amazing customer experience every time when contacted. Great sales team especially design team that we needed to work with closely with on complex project. Well suited to handle executive projects. Not cheapest but great value fot money when you factor expertise on hand

Our first impression of Grabex was a good one. The salesman was full of ideas for our window and patio doors we followed up with a visit to the showroom decided on what we wanted and paid a deposit.
From here it went downhill, it became impossible to speak to anyone, our survey was booked and done then we were told we had to have a second survey at a cost to us.
The fitting was delayed umpteen times which I do understand with all the issues with transport etc but what I really object to is the lack of communication. I was chasing by phone and email and would just get copied into an internal email. I suggested several time that the curtesy of a call would be better but this I never got.
Our windows and doors were finally fitted and we are pleased however there are some dents in the frame that the fitters said was easy to change and that Gabi would be in touch with a follow up and a date for this to be done… a week later and I have had no such call or email and have had chase them yet again.
This company has a lot to learn about customer relations.

After my previous poor review Grabex have got in touch like they said they would and have now come and fixed the blanking plates for us. We also got a bottle of prosecco and some flowers as an apology which we appreciated.

I wish it didn't have to have come to us having to give a poor review to get this resolved but hopefully they can learn from this feedback and a similar issue doesn't happen again as it was just frustrating as all we needed was 6 of the correct screws.

Other than this issue, our other dealings with Grabex have been good and we have actually recommended them to other people. We like the fact they took personal responsibility for resolving the issue and it was quickly resolved rather than making up excuses.

Last November Grabex designed built & fitted a custom made UPVC door to our garage electrical meter cupboard, accessed from outside. This replaced several wooden doors which all eventually fell victim to Britain's damp weather. Although not cheap, Grabex's quote was considerably less than that of one of the UK's best known double glazing companies. Very pleased with the result, we invited Grabex to quote this Spring for replacement hard wood windows for 2 bathrooms (1 window in each). Again Grabex undercut an established family owned company which I know does excellent work. Thanks to a different design & flemish glass the new windows let in more natural light which is good. During fitting Only 1 tile in the ensuite bathroom was minutely damaged which means we don't have to rush to have this bathroom retiled. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a red/brown wood finish to precisely match that of the other windows instead of dark brown.

The 2 ladies we dealt with Marta & Gabi although presumably both from Poland originally, both speak excellent English & handled the process in a friendly & efficient way.

Grabex is now a mid sized company which can compete with the big boys in London & the Home Counties. If they can remain flexible enough to adapt their products to precisely meet customer needs (meter cupboard door), then this gives them a small but useful competitive edge over the opposition. Given time Grabex has the potential to expand beyond their hinterland to say Birmingham & the Midlands or Bristol - gateway to South Wales & the West Country & become a large national company should they choose.

At the beginning I want to say that I barely ever leave any reviews , as I usually don't have time or just don't think it's worth doing.
However in this case I think it's just a must, as I'm really happy with the work done.
First of all I would like to thank Marta, without whom we wouldn't have chosen this company. She was extremely professional, helpful and answered all my queries exceptionally quickly, so if you deal with her you will definitely be 100% happy.

We are also very pleased with the surveyor and the window installer, everyone so friendly and professional and they definitely knew what they were doing.
Windows look really well (hope they stay like that for a long time 😊) and beautifully finished.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Unfortunately after giving them 10 days to rectify issues I have had only one email from customer services. I had around 15 windows replaced, the whole house and its a stressful process. They offered in their one email to send Mario (who had already previously failed to communicate) today at 7.30 to 8am. He did not arrive on time. He arrived at 8.33am as i left for work. He blamed traffic. This given one of my complaints was about time the installers were here is ironic. I have had no apology all day from Grabex.

The company has failed to communicate throughout the process. Little communication about a 3 week delay and then little communication about the installation process. Unfortunately the fitters turned up at 2pm on day 1, after 8.30 on day 2, failed to turn up at all on day 3 and then arrived 9.30 on day 4. It was meant to be a 3 to 4 day job. Ironically they arrived without informing me on saturday at 8am. As i have to work, i moved meetings so i could be here for at least when they arrived. They did not communicate to me about any of these delays.
After finishing on saturday the installer shoved a form under my nose to sign. He spoke no english. The form was to sign they had completed everything but the checklist items were not complete, they had done none of the things on the form.
The windows were left dirty so it was impossible to check for scratches, there was damage inside property they did not admit too, there was dust and rubble on my bed as they did not put any dust sheets down, i paid for builders to sit here when they didnt even turn up.
They have not surveyed the windows with me, shown how to operate them. The list is longer!
The windows in main look good, but there are some issues with them. The main issue is communication, completion and handover. All have been unacceptable.

From our first enquiry onwards, Marta at Grabex has been brilliant - really helpful and responsive, but not at all pushy. The quote was really detailed and clear, the survey was done promptly and efficiently. Piotr and Krzysztof were a pleasure to have in our home, and worked really hard. Our final, timber sash windows are beautiful - and were much more affordable than the other quotes we had sought. Would thoroughly recommend Grabex - thank you to everyone on the team.

Unfortunately this company has let me down. Last minute cancellation of installation of a large window, appalling communication, no commitment to new date, laissez-faire attitude to customer needs. I am still hoping they pull something out of the bag. wishful thinking?

As a result of Covid 19 I decided that in future I would always attempt to use local businesses and trades in the modernisation of my home. It turned out to be a very good decision. I had a very clear idea of my design for the room and Greg helped me achieve the look I was after within the budget, the French doors are a beautiful addition to my home. Lucas, the site surveyor took meticulous details and was very knowledgeable not only about the doors but on other aspects of the project. The doors were ready for installation before the required date but Grabex were happy to wait until my builder was ready for them to be installed. The installation team arrived and fitted the doors in freezing rain and a howling gale and remained cheerful throughout.
All my query's were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Greg or Gabi, their customer service is excellent and the finished, installed doors are superb.
I have just placed an order for new front door, and looked no further than Grabex.

Everything from initial consultation to installation went smooth, efficient and on time. All the people who we dealt with were really professional and the same time very understandable and happy to accommodate all our requirements. The order was complete in time given (6 weeks) from the date of placing it, for all the doors and windows not like Anglican for two doors it took them nearly 6 months with 3 cancelations.

Excellent service from start to finish, brilliant product and brilliant price!

At first contact, the professionalism and flexibility in price negotiations of the account manager Bartek was a pleasant surprise for me.Despite the pandemic situation,the timing of the windows and their installation was professional and quick.The entire work was carried out by a very helpful account manager, Bartek, who provided professional advice until the end of the work.I sincerely recommend Grabex's services as well as professionalism and speed of work.

I have ordered two aluminium patio doors to get our old timber doors exchanged. I have reached out to approx. 8 different supplier and Grabex came back immediately with a very competitive price and tailor made solution. The end to end experience - from discussing the order, the survey and fitting was fantastic, lead time only 5 weeks although dual color! Great fitting and finishing, very pleased with the overall work. Highly recommended!

Earlier this year, we finally had our new windows installed after some delays due to the pandemic. The installers did a fantastic job, they were punctual, polite and tidy. In truth, there were one or two minor issues with the windows, but Grabex reacted positively, delivering great customer service by sending out several service staff to resolve the problems completely. The entire team at Grabex lives and breathes windows and are dedicated to making sure their customers are happy with the final product. We would happily recommend their products and services to anyone.

Where do i start, these guys go the extra mile. my account manager Bartek is always at the end of the phone, trying to help me with technical specification, design and much more. Nothing is ever smooth but having one account manager to deal with is the best solution to issues. They took me for a tour around the premises, and I could instantly see that they have invented in there staff, equipment and quality control. Exposing there operation to us the general public instils trust and transparency. As a supplier myself, i appreciate Grabex taking the opportunity to do so. Many products on offer are comparable to the competition and beets the rest in many cases. No middle man/woman just direct to the source. I recommend this company.

Recently had replacement windows and front door supplied and fitted by Grabex who were recommended to me. Delighted with the work which was very professional and has transformed the property. Main contact was Greg Kowalczyk who was extremely helpful.

Grabex supplied our new traditional wooden sash window. It's fantastic, really good quality and craftsmanship. The fittings are also lovely and well-finished. Greg was really professional and helpful to deal with. He came quickly to take measurements and give a quote. The window was made and delivered exactly when he said it would be, despite the fact we're in the middle of an pandemic. I'm now ordering new french doors for our kitchen from Grabex too.

I used Grabex on the recommendation of my neighbours. I really liked the type of windows they had and wanted mine to match too. The installers arrived in good time every day, they were clean and tidy and left minimal mess and caused minimal disruption. The installation was of really high quality, almost no damage inside and out when fitting the windows. I was really impressed. I believe after seeing a few other quotes, that Grabex were good value for money too. Happy to recommend.
