1) Sales Information and support - Excellent, 100%
2) Product (Reynaers CP130 Sliding Doors) - Excellent, apart from Door Cill which is a flimsy aluminium extrusion. 95%
3) Installation - Adequate but not exactly to agreed specification, 50%. Not installed to signed off site survey and discrepancy not discussed with client (ie, me) when problem should have been realised by the fitters. The Fitters, while competent, were sub-contractors, which I have reservations about.
However the sliding doors do work well, even though they are set 25mm to high.

I have installed Grabex doors and windows on several of my projects over the years, the quality is decent, and they look great. Greg in the sales team is knowledgeable and extremely helpful, Lukasz the surveyor is very thorough and Greg the installer is professional with a great installation. The recent installation was an all-round success.

Our new front door is fantastic - it’s only been a couple of weeks since installation but we couldn’t be happier. We knew what we wanted so drove the design process but everyone I contacted at Grabex were responsive, knowledgable and were patient with me asking numerous questions. I was very impressed listening to the installers who discussed what trims to use to give the best finish to the door surround! Many thanks Grabex team!

Grabex were fantastic from start to finish. The replacement doors look fantastic, have motivated us to sort the garden and have made our flat much warmer. I want to especially mention Marta, who came out to discuss what we wanted and to measure up and Adam, who fitted the doors in a day. I can’t recommend the company highly enough. Shame there’s only five stars!

I had new windows fitted to all of my house some five years ago.
I recently noticed a couple of (minor) faults with a couple of the windows and called Grabex.
The company couldn't have been more helpful; a technician visited my house and fixed the problems under the guarantee.

We have just had aluminum loft doors and windows along with wooden kitchen French doors fitted by Grabex and couldn't be happier. From the start Greg Kowalczyk was extremely helpful, patient and informative, helping us choose the right product at a reasonable price. It is great to look around the factory and see the products being manufactured. The fitters were hard-working, punctual and tidy and the job was completed quickly and with a great finish. We are delighted with our new doors.

Grabex replaced and installed over a dozen timber and aluminium doors and windows during my home renovation project. With a baby on the way, I had time constraints to contend with and had no choice but to push Grabex to speed up manufacturing and installation. To my amazement, they showed a huge amount of empathy and courtesy in expediting my job - as much as possible - in spite of the logistical challenges in their industry. Their Customer Support team (Gabi) kept me sane during a difficult time by being prompt and supportive whilst their surveyor (Lukasz) was a font of expertise who added so much value by providing invaluable advice on the building work needed to complement the glazing installs he oversaw. Inevitably, there were one or two bumps on the road, but the Support team rose to the challenge on each occasion I raised a concern and I have come away from the project with a huge amount of trust in Grabex . I highly recommend Grabex to homeowners looking for a glazing company that offers good people as well as good products!

I have had a terrible experience with Grabex. They have fitted doors and windows, none have gone smoothly. The doors are badly fitted and drafty and are now permanently sellotaped up. They didn't have trickle vents for the window so i have now have two holes in the frames sellotaped up. They will set up appointments to see you and then postpone or rearrange without telling you. Avoid at all cost.

Hi, contrary to some of the recent reviews, we have received fantastic service from Grabex. Starting with very informative first meeting in their showroom, where we could see all the products on offer first hand and talk to Greg (Salesman) about the features of various systems, cost and availability and all the way throughout survey visit and finally the installation. We have been shopping around but Grabex gave us a good price comparing to others and the confirmation of leading time, which was important for us as we had to coordinate the building works. They have delivered and installed the doors and windows few weeks before their initial installation date and right before Christmas, so we could spend this time in the secured and at last warm extension even though the decoration works were not yet completed. The installation team was also great and cleaned after themselves. All looking great now and approaching the completion of the building works so we soon will be can enjoying our new kitchen and dining in the extension.

Special thanks to Greg for his patience and help, Gaby for coordinating the project survey and installation and being there when needed and to the installation team for their great effort. We have few more windows and doors to replace in the house so we surly be coming back to Grabex.
