I've ordered a product, and it still isn't getting to me. I've email them several times and if not even gotten a word back. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Plus where is my product?

Placed order, never received order confirmation, shipping confirmation, OR THE DRESS. Have reached out via email and Facebook as that is the only contact I can find, and have not heard back. Meanwhile, my card was charged and I still have no dress after a month.

Bought a dress on the 31st August , still hasnt arrived. I have sent at least 10 fb messages and emails all of which have never recieved 1 response. Dont buy from this company.

In the last couple of years, I've lost over half of my body weight, so I've needed to buy a whole new wardrobe. I've probably ordered more than a dozen items from Grace Karin via Amazon. I've been very happy with almost everything, so I was surprised by the negative reviews I've read here. With one exception, I've found their clothes to be attractive, stylish, and well-made. They also fit me well. (I measure 36, 30, 39, and their size medium is a good fit.) I found their clothes to be better quality and the fit to be more reliable than other items I've ordered on Amazon. I've bought business dresses, an evening dress, jackets, and cardigans, and I have no complaints except for one item I returned because of a zipper that kept sticking. I also think their prices are pretty good for the quality of their clothing.

Ordered from Amazon. Sent me a used item not what I ordered and refused to overnight the correct item. Don't waste your time or money.

Save yourself from a headache and DO NOT order from them. The dress I got is cery bad quality and I cannot even return it! It’s been a week and still no response and $75 lost just like that. Shame on you deceiving people like that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I cannot get the company to answer my email about returning an item. I have emailed at least 25 times.

I ordered a couple things from this company because my husband bought me a dress several years ago, and it is still in perfect condition today after years of wear. I'll start with the obvious: the marketing of this company in California is not honest. It is from China. The black items had an odor before washing, but are the same perfect fit and comfort level as the first dress. The materials are a quality you'd expect for the price: not fine fabrics, but what they are is comfortable and durable. They move with you and don't require gentle movements either. They're stylish, but provide enough cover for confident professional wear. I wish that they had been honest about their location, as the style and practicality of their pieces gives them enough value without needing to make claims about their country of origin.

I have been trying to reach the company to make a return for weeks. At least 6 emails, both from my private email and on the website. Even tried their
Facebook page. Nothing.

I had ordered a few of their items through Amazon and had general name familiarity and mistakenly thought it would not be an issue to order some items direct from their online website. I reviewed the return policy and although it was a bit vague, it did provide free returns within 14 days and otherwise a credit. I placed a decent sized order and need to return about 1/3 of the items. Upon logging in, it said to submit a contact form to request instructions for return. I did this twice within the 14 day timeframe. I did not hear back. On realizing this, I took a deeper dive to locate their email and sent my request via email (by now about the 15th+ day), noting it was my 3rd request. When they responded, they advised my I was responsible for the return shipping expense to China. I took the package to UPS and they told me not to bother, it would cost between $100-150. I asked the company why they were not honoring the free returns and they said it wasn't in the 14 days (anymore). They did not address or deny that I had submitted the Contact Form 2x within the 14 days per their instructions. They offered a 50% store credit. I asked if it could be an actual credit card refund instead, at which point they decided to mention for the 1st time that 'some' of the items had been on clearance and were not eligible for return. (I think approx 1 of 5). I asked which ones and how much credit was I eligible to receive. They have not replied despite my following up 2x since then. It's now been about a month with no credit or return approved.

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s destination wedding. As the site offered returns and exchanges I went against my better judgement and ordered online because the dress looked so beautiful in the pictures, for a great price. The dress is nice but far too heavy for a super hot location. I emailed them asking for information on how to return (as per instructions on their site) - they refuse to give me the info, and have instead replied telling me to wear it when it gets cold outside instead. I’m very upset as I already had a limited budget and now have to find something else for far less money.

I ordered a two-piece royal blue wedding attire.
The dress was perfect.
But the thin overlay is so wrinkled I am not sure I will ever get the wrinkles out of it.
I have washed it on a handwash cycle as it is 98% polyester and used fabric softener. I dried it with other soft shirts. I took it out and soaked it in water and put it back in the dryer. I took it out before it dried completely and it is still as wrinkled as when I took it out of the bag it came in. It is a beautiful two-piece. but the jacket overlay must have been "wadded up" somewhere for months before it was shipped. I love the outfit and praying I can iron out the wrinkles. I am SO SHOCKED AS I paid 75.00 for the outfit.

The dress material was of reasonable quality, but it had some manufacturing errors, including a hole in the inside lining. However, my main issue was their customer service. It took 18 business days (almost a month!) to arrive, far beyond the expected time frame for the United Kingdom (5-12 business days).

I asked for a refund because my event had already passed. Initially, they seemed cooperative and asked me to return the dress via the post office. When I went to the post office, I found out it would cost £27 to return it to China. I emailed them back, explaining the cost and asking if they would consider an alternative postal service or cover some of the cost since it was their fault they did not meet their delivery quote. In response, I received the same automated message. I emailed again and received the same automated message!

So, yeah, not helpful. If you buy make sure you are really sold on the dress and expect to wait a really long time for a mediocre dress and no returns.

Ordered a clearance dress and the item wasn't sent after a week and a half. I emailed support requesting information about the delay and they replied with: "
We are very sorry, special offer products do not support returns or exchanges." Not what I asked, after a few more days of waiting for the item to be sent or a response to my email I received a notice that my item was canceled, they claimed it was my doing (a lie). I don't have an account with them so the only one who could have done that is them. This kind of terrible service is exactly why Chinese companies should not be allowed to do business in America.

LIKE: color, pattern, feel of fabric.
DISLIKE: Not even close to true size! I was advised by your size chart to order my normal size; this was very inaccurate. The lovely women’s trousers are way too small. I wanted these to wear for a special business event and trip. But I see that you do not even offer the size I would need! Very disappointed.

Ordering process was easy and item arrived in time for Christmas. Nicely made.

I recently purchased two Elegant Surplice Wrap Blouse V Neck Long Sleeve Casual Ruched Tops from your online store, totaling $73.99 and $76.74 each. I'm disappointed with the quality of the items received. The fabric resembles a cheap, stretchy nylon material, falling short of the expected durability for the price point.

This experience has left me feeling that the products are overpriced for the quality provided. Despite positive reviews on your website, my experience has been unsatisfactory, raising doubts about the authenticity of those 5-star reviews.

While I understand variations in individual experiences, I believe it's crucial to provide genuine feedback for the benefit of all customers. I had hoped for a more positive experience, given the prices paid. In my opinion, Grace Karin's products are overpriced for what they are
