Grace Karin Jacket Not Refunded
I ordered a sequined jacket by Grace Karin through Amazon and returned it in good time. They have advised Amazon that they refunded my money 4/12/23 but it is not showing in my bank account. I called the Amazon complaints department who assured me I would be paid my refund which is still not forthcoming. I thought I’d be safe as the order went through Amazon.

I placed a order like 12 months ago with the Grace Karen website an I never got my package. I bought 3 dresses from here an they never showed up they took my money without even giving me my product an that was 90 dollars worth not to mention it was on the Christmas sale but still? I’ve never experienced this before I’ve always gotten my packages. I will not be ordering from Grace Karin again I tried getting a refund an I never got one. I did order a shirt from Amazon by Grace Karin since they must have a store on Amazon an that shirt arrived to me? So I’m confused as to why I never got those 3 dresses I paid an ordered they were really pretty an I was looking forward to them the site has a lot of beautiful clothes but now I feel I was taken advantage of by this company. I just won’t ever order from Grace Karin website again. They scammed me an never gave me my product.

I wish I could rate negative 10. AWFUL. First order the size measurements online that they provide are not accurate. It cost more to ship the dresses back. They provide us with a store credit. On our second package - the package says it was deliver BUT was NEVER delivered. SCAM SCAM SCAM do not order

The dresses and skirts I ordered were individually packaged and protected. Each item was very high quality! I receive compliments whenever I wear these items because they are unique and flattering. This brand has excellent professional wear that is conservative and cute!

Ordered a top seen on instagram, which arrived reasonably quickly and was very nice, but was an off the shoulder. I have broad shoulders and so it kept riding up making it unsuitable. Tried to go through the return process on their website which was no use so contacted customer report. You know when you can tell by the slow response that this isn’t going to work?! Finally, after numerous slow emails, they sent me an address to return to in CHINA, after misleading they are in LA. The cost to return was almost as much as the top! I’m sure they make it so difficult to put people off returning! Definitely would not buy again, really so disappointed at the last of customer care and help. Never again.

Quality product
I purchased a dress and several skirts and found both the quality and workmanship of the items to be excellent. While the sizing is a tad smaller than normal if you purchase a size larger then you should have no issues

I find all the clothing I have good quality
I find all the clothing I have purchased from Grace Karin, very nice quality. They deliver in a reasonable amount of time and have been easy to deal with when it comes to returns. They even allowed me to keep an item I was returning due to,wrong size and pass it along for donation.
I am very satisfied with my dealings and purchases!
