Graff City have provided me with…

Graff City have provided me with aerosol paint for some years now. I have always found the products be spot on when it comes to the colour advertised, I have never experienced any colour variation at all. Prices are good and delivery options good.
I will continue to use this company and recommend them to anybody considering purchasing any of the products they advertise

You just Can't contact anyone...

This is NOT the first time, a lot of times already!!
Go through the whole paying process, hold my credit, and tell me the "Order Incomplete"!! There's 4 out of 10 in my account, with different reason to "Incomplete" the order. Then, you CAN'T Contact anyone - Just email - but your credit is on hold!!!If there's any other place that i can buy things i need, sure you won't see me again!!
I'll give it 0 star, which i'm trying to pay you for the product ONLY, and you rejected and on hold my credit, what a great service and system.

Hello Eva,

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you have faced at checkout. Unfortunately, this stage is completed by our card payment provider Klarna, so I will take it up with them.

It usually happens if there is an issue with the card details provided or if they suspect fraudulent use. Either way, I will get an answer for you as soon as possible, as this shouldn't be constantly happening.

As for your order, I have attached a copy of the invoice and sent a PayPal request for the total. I have also removed the shipping charge due to the inconvenience they have caused. This invoice can be paid via any credit or debit card (No account needed). In general, the PayPal system is much smoother than overseas Klarna payments.

God tier store

This place is mad if you get the seconds you get stuff which is almost new for like £1.50 so what I would get for like £30 at Amazon you get for like £12 at Graff city got to love these guys
