Nice milk but the lids don’t fit the bottles, so if someone inadvertently lays it flat in the fridge, it leaks everywhere. This is before it has been opened for the first time.

Graham's dairty

For the THIRD time this year I found a foreign body in Graham's Kefir. The first time the company thought it was sufficient to send me some vouchers but I wanted to know what it was!!!!! The second time again the company sent me vouchers!!! The third time NO response at all. How can such things happen in a supposedly clean environment??????? How could I possibly buy the product again when I am nervous about what I will find. Brown stinking objects in a dairy product??????

Graham's Chocolate Caramel Protein Dessert

Purchased the Graham's family Dairy 22g Protein dessert Pouch with still a week left on the BB date and the product was one of the worst things Ive tasted, to put it nicely, it was like someone had farted in my mouth.

Protein or sleep?

I would caution against purchasing Graham’s Chocolate Caramel Protein Yoghurts. While they are widely available in local supermarkets, taste pleasant, and provide a good source of protein, I have consistently experienced difficulty sleeping after consuming them. After several trials, I was able to identify these yoghurts as the likely cause of my sleeplessness. It appears they may contain an ingredient that causes stimulation or restlessness, which could be problematic for some consumers. If you do choose to try them, I would recommend exercising caution.

Bought a yogurt pouch

Bought a yogurt pouch, instantly tasted fermented and gone off. Read the small print on the back of the packet.. it’s MEANT to be fermented. I feel this should be on the front of the packet in big letters because WHO wants fermented yogurt?!

Off yoghurts

We’ve bought numerous protein yoghurt pouches and pots and so many of them go off long before the best before date. 90% of the time they have fermented and taste really sour.

I bought protein yogurt

I bought protein yogurt, the yogurt had a strange consistency, after drinking it for an hour I had a big stomach ache and diarrhea. This is the last time I bought anything from this company.

A massive problem with Graham's milk

A massive problem with Graham's milk . It has gone off before best before again and again. Someone needs to step in here may it the public health authority Scottish government or local environmental health . There needs to be a inquiry into this before something goes terribly wrong . This product is substandard and should be pulled and investigated. Not fit for human consumption. What are the so agencies going to do about it.

Out of date milk! …

Wow! I cannot believe the amount of reviews regarding the same issue I’ve experienced! 🤦‍♀️
Each time I have had Graham’s milk it’s gone off at least 4 days before its date on the label.
Purchased from Scotmid and local garage.

Needless to say, I will not be buying it again.

Useless vouchers for a complaint

Useless vouchers for a complaint. Best to use Yeo products.
Grahams sent us 5x£1 vouchers after we complained about not being able to get their natural (non-flavoured) kefir yoghurt. What use is this to us as we can't spend them?? Aldi (where we regularly buy this product) does not take vouchers. The letter that came with th vouchers names various supermarkets which apparently stock their products. Our local Morrisons doesn't have it (or any of their products). An online search shows that their kefir yoghurt cannot be bought online in Sainsbury's, Asda or Morrisons. I don't want their milk instead - at more than even corner shop prices (and earlier reviews say it goes off). When I wrote to ask about stockists, Fiona Keir, administrator, was very unhelpful - expecting me to phone around supermarkets. She can't be bothered to find out who stocks which of their products. Unbelievably, her letter with the vouchers starts 'Dear valued customer'. Really?? (Can't even manage to insert customer name in the letter - they must get a lot of complaints).
So, don't bother buying their products, buy Yeo or supermarket own brand. At least then you've got a chance of getting some customer service.

Milk goes off before expiry date

4 times, from 3 different shops, I have bought Graham's Light and Low milk which has gone off several days before date on label (5 days in one instance).
This latest time, I have became very unwell after ingesting it in porridge and my coffee before realising why they did not taste good. Still 4 days before expiry.
Never have this problem with other brands, and initially thought the retailler was at fault... but not 3 different stores.

Never buying again

Pretty awful customer service

Pretty awful customer service. I buy loads of kefir yoghurt drink from Home Bargains, however one was not sealed properly. I wrote to Grahams and they 'kindly' sent me some vouchers as a way of compensation. BUT vouchers can't be used in Home Bargains and the like, they can only be used at major supermarkets and guess what? The supermarkets don't stock them where I live, probably not anywhere. Won't be buying their products again.

Strawberry Protein 25

I recently bought some strawberry Protein 25 pots.
Wow!
These are seriously awful.
It's like eating a bowl of damp chalk!
No taste of strawberry at all.
I bought six, and didn't even manage to eat one of them.
I really wished that I'd just bought one to try them, but the packaging suggests that they are full of fruit flavour, with images of big juicy strawberries, the reality is, they don't taste of fruit.
You'd have to be really hungry, or dedicated to finish off a full pot of this product.
It's really disgusting.
A total waste of money.
1/2 a pot in me, 5 1/2 pots in the bin!

Strange tasting milk

Bought a few 4 pint jugs lately and found it to taste off even though the date has loads left on them . They need to get this sorted. As a big milk drinking family we have repeatedly opted out of buying this brand and moved on to other dairy’s instead . It really is off putting

Thin and watery organic whole milk

Purchased two bottles of Grahams organic whole milk at £2.50 a pop!
Was really looking forward to going home and trying them, but unfortunately the milk is very thin and watery and doesn’t taste creamy at all. Not sure what’s going on here because I drink milk every day due to a health condition and this is the worst milk I have ever tasted with the biggest price tag. Is it being watered down? Had it been mis labelled? Either way I won’t be buying again.
