With Gramto, I am able to increase engagement easily on my Insta account, without much effort. Have been using it for about a month now and the results are satisfactory. Great tool!

I love their scheduled posting feature a lot. Being active on Instagram frequently and posting stuff is quite difficult for me due to my work schedule. Thanks to Gramto, I am able to post whenever I want by pre-scheduling it! 5 stars.

If I could give a 0 star to this software I truly would. I subscribed to the basic plan and set the bot to auto follow, auto comment and unfollow. All it did over the past month was to view stories which i had DEACTIVATED. Once in a while it would send a welcome message but always came up with the error couldn't comment, without actually giving me a reason or helping me find a solution. The customer service is also very poor, takes ages to reply and when they do, they promise things they never follow through. All in all, a very bad experience! Don't waste your money!

Gramto is one of the best Instagram tools I have ever used. It has a user-friendly interface, and the best thing about using this tool is I can easily upload content from the cloud. Happy using this product!

This is the best social media automation tool that I have used so far. Its auto-follow, unfollow, dm and repost options are great, and I face no issues while using it. Thanks to Gramto, now I can save more time on social media, and focus better on my business.

They would not tell me their company information for my book-keeping. Not even their country of origin... so this tells me they don't have honest intentions. Therefore I deleted my account. I actually thought of blocking my creditcard, since this behaviour got me nervous. But didn't. But seems I should have. 2 Weeks after I bought a service from them my card have been hacked and several suspensions transactions were tried on my card! Luckily my bank acted fast and no transactions came trough! Cannot not know for sure it was Gramto, but 99% sure of it!

In the first few days during the trial everything worked well and my instagram grew quite a bit. As soon as the trial ended and I paid the fee for a month it basically did nothing. A complete waste of money. The followers and like posts options have not been available the whole time... only able to unfollow and like target comments?

This program has not worked for me for 13 weeks and they just reply with "Apologies for the inconveniences, are you using a proxy and please send error" every time and still cant fix it Company should be shut down

It's too bad I can't use any swear words here...None of the features works properly - posts and stories are failing to be posted everyday on almost every account that I'm managing. Videos are not working as well. They ''upgraded'' the automation and all I've got from it was that I've lost all previously saved Auto DMs. It's a waste of money and only double work for the person managing. Plus I can't even open the invoce pdf file because it's cracked and they don't want to fix it. On top of that the ''support team'' (if you can even call it like that) started to ignore my messages and I'm not even getting any replies anymore. So basically, Gramto is that thing that you dump into the toilet after having a good lunch :) Waste of money and waste of time!

Their customer service is like Pakistan trying to fight terrorism - They don't even try. I've been trying to use the app for automation but all it says is "Blocked around an hour ago". I was such a fool to buy a monthly subscription for this.

Worst automation tool out there. Literally nothing works. Very limited support. Basically no help from staff.

Repeatedly logged us out when we'd set up Auto DMs so they wouldn't send. Had to check manually every day they were still switched on. New update Auto DMs weren't working. No help & limited support from the staff. When we did get support, incredibly blunt and slow to come back. Lost multiple potential conversions. Cancelled our subscription this morning.

it's a realy dangerous app. No customer support. With this app you can be easily find by instagram and get your account shoot down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT GIVE YOUR DETAILS TO THIS WEBSITE
As soon as I gave my login to the website, I checked my account, and it logged me out of the account. I tried my password, and it didn't let me back in. The next day, on my account, on my story it says "this account is owned by @jarodmartin" and he tried to dm my friends to get all of my accounts. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR DETAILS. I am warning you do NOT use this website!!!!!

Save your money. Instragram blocks this app and locks your insta account.

I am very disapointed . The platforms isn't working . I have 20 clients accounts scheduled there and now I can't access gramto at all .

Also today duble posts where posted in all my clients accounts .

Don't use this service. I wish I had read the reviews here before subscribing.

Always get these type issues- Couldn't follow the user InstagramAPI\Response\FriendshipResponse: Feedback required.
