This service it's scam. Please do not buy! Customer service horrible and unprofessional, the platform doesn't work! Stay away from it! Do not trust it! I'm gonna alert authorities to open a dispute against these people!

Features are standard, which is fine. Price is probably the cheapest I've seen on the market, which is nice.

But software WITHOUT support is USELESS. After 2 months of using Gramto, we kept running into connectivity issues. Our proxy kept running into problems. And they just kept giving the same response every time. Happened about 5 times in a month. They've pretty much taken away 'automation' from instagram automation. Because we had to literally monitor account activity, EXPECTING something to go wrong.

And it does not help that their support ignores you for DAYS (up to a week). It does not help that your only point of contact with them is FB messenger. It does not help that you run into proxy/connectivity issues every few days.

My unbiased opinion? Save your $5 and go with an automation software that AT LEAST cares about their business and their customers. Hell, they don't even deserve a dime.

Still serving quite well after the last IG update.

Many should know what automation is all about before roasting this service. I've used many services and this remains one of the best.

The customer service needs improvements.

However, I'm satisfied overall.

PS: Many services already stopped functioning after the latest IG update. And gramto still does reasonably fine.

Bad, problems with all features. IG account blocks and errors. Support very poor. I'm using another app without any problems unfortunately I already paid the annual subscription.

I seen all these reviews AFTER I had purchased a subscription. Sure enough, TERRIBLE support and even worse tool.

I only used for less than a few days before I realized I would have to switch to a competitors tool in order to continue as planned.

This tool is garbage and the support is a joke. Save your time and spend a few more dollars on a good tool.

Gramto, is a scam! It doesn't work! They never had a repeat customer as the app doesn't work. I made a mistake purchasing it for a month. They took about 4 days to respond to any queries, also the responded queries were unclear and misleading, They were rude while I asked for a refund. I'm fooled by them!

I don't get why people hate this so much I have been using it and it's been amazing firsly, yes it will show someone logged in because its the bot secondly yes the customer service is oughful Gramto only does what you tell it to and you can stop it at any time I would recommend to anyone

They tried to hack my account but thankfully I was smart enough to know this before when I saw Instagram telling me someone in New Zealand was trying to log in and it also said that they needed the code that instagram emailed me. Don't use this if you want to keep your account

Probably the worst customer support I've ever experienced! They'll give you a US proxy, which means that if you're outside the US your IG account or some of its features will get blocked. I asked them to set a proxy that matches my country to avoid IG detecting activity from different countries at the same time but Gramto took days to reply and never fixed the problem so I canceled my subscription.

First of all, my account was hacked by this. It started following random people that they obviously have a partnership with, or have signed up to some free followers thing. Second, it didn't even work. Third, everything had terrible grammar; it was obviously made by somebody that didn't know English.

Instagram account that I built in 1 year with 1.5k followers got DELETED!

Don't use this service. I wish I had read the reviews here before subscribing. The service doesn't work half of the time and the way it works put your account at risk. We were lucky that our account wasn't shut down by Instagram but I heard a lot of customers unfortunately lost their accounts.

Of course they don't reply to customers. Waste of money and risk for your business/account.

- Account got taken & suspended by Instagram.

This company needs to be shut down just paid $50usd for a year service but the service doesn't work. Account got deleted.

This is a scam.

Had to re activate account so many times and reactivate all the auto actions. Scheduled a post which didn't post the caption i had written so had to go in and manually write on instagram once already posted. Contacted Gramto to help me resolve this issue before next scheduled posts - nothing, then happened again. After only 2 posts through gramto Instagram has deleted all posts on account. feel like instagram has punished me for using this program which I paid for!!!!!!!!!

All accounts got deleted. No response from them at all. Also terrible UI, everything has to be redone every day and so on.

Wish I read the reviews -- Customer service is HORRIBLE - a week turn around time for any resolution if you even get a response.

Had to log in EVERY day to re-sign into the program and re-activate all the auto actions. Way to much work will be contacting CC for a full refund
