I was happy with everything except being denied a cashout on a free chip. I played blackjack for a couple of hands, LOST money doing so, and was denied my cashout because of that. I just think that disallowed games should be locked out, since clearly they have that capability. They gave no consideration for the fact that I am a really good customer who has deposited a LOT of money. A $300 cashout is nothing in comparison (I usually don’t cashout until my balance >2500, the weekly max.) Anyway, they could and should have made an exception like Everygame Casino did in the same situation.

The whole time I sign up for the casino with my address and that's fine they let me I played a free deposit bonus lose no biggy I deposit 25 dollars and play and win I get up to 900 and try to cash out but need to verify id they tell me how said it should take 3-5 business days and 4 days into it I chat with them they said it's still in review be patient 5 days into it 6 days into it same thing finally 7 days in at 2 or 3 in the morning they say watch for an email verying it's done it will come in next couple hours j get the email and they say they no longer accept my state as a client so they've closed my account refunded my $25 not the amount of money that I had won and it said sorry about your luck....

Update for the casino response: if that was the case I signed up with that address I deposited money with that address I talked to customer service about the withdraw and they said nothing about it and you never sent my initial deposit back like you where supposedly going to do which I feel you should of let me have the winnings since was never informed the the whole process then closed the account that would be fare but no you falsely let me deposit money on the pretence that I would be able to cash out my winnings then not only didn't let me cash out but also stole my money
