Disappointing
I recently brought a car from Andy, who is very charming on meeting. However, after sales service is non-existent.
When I first viewed the car and agreed to purchase, Andy agreed to have AC fixed, have spark plugs changed, and have a scratch removed from rear bumper before I collected it. Sadly only the scratch had been dealt with. On top of this it turned out the radio does not work. The day after collection when I had noticed these issues I sent Andy a message. I am still awaiting an acknowledgement/response. This was on 21st June!! I understand these things aren’t covered but to not respond at all is abysmal.
Excuse the car pun but, my advice to anyone looking to deal with Andy would be to steer clear. He appears to be all about the ‘hand shake’.
I’d like to think Andy will take on board this review but I feel it unlikely.
