The quality control has dropped.
It seems pretty much every product now has a 'may contain' that includes milk and soya amongst a raft of other things.
Even the turkish delight!
It didn't use to, yes there were some others on there, but it seems rather than try and limit cross contamination the grape tree is going the way of other cheaper suppliers and letting this go.
Same with a variety of other products.
Wonderfully 'healthy' unless you have intolerances, allergies, or want to eat vegan in comfort.
This used to be one of the very few places we could trust and go to for goods that controlled all the cross-contamination.
No longer it seems.
And because I trusted them not to change I now have three buckets of turkish delight my wife can't eat and a wife in tears because this was just about the only place she could trust.

Great products but missing an item. Also when using website when completing order it did not confirm order had been received so did it again which resulted in 2 orders so had to cancel one by phone. Would be a good idea that a completed order us shown as completed.

I had a problem with my order not being delivered, so i rang the number on the website and a lovely lady sorted it out and i received my order the next day thank you.

Competitively priced, good quality and great delivery, will order again.

Quality products and good online service.

The order was complete although one bag of prunes had opened in transit anmd some of the dried prunes were amongst the order. Grape tree replaced this pack within two days.

Not had anything from Grape tree for a long time but still as good.
