Take your money, send alleged tracking that didn't update for days. they are now claiming they cancelled the order (this is after I live chatted them to ask where my item was) as thr payment didn't go through even though my bank can confirm otherwise. Sat here waiting for something that isn't going to turn up. Waste of time. Don't recommend

Great quality and good price for quality... need more selection though alot of the bongs look and seem the same and not a lot to pick from but still a good selection I guess. Would be better if I wouldn't have had to wait like 4 or 5 days for them to finally tell me my stuff is coming to almost scared me for a min but they are legit

I had a very large order so I understand there could be some logistical issues, but even accounting for that I still expect more based on previous experiences with grasscity. I will try to explain while touching on the items I ordered:
To start with a positive, the grinder shipped separately from Oregon and so far I am happy with the Phoenician 4 Piece Flat Top Grinder - Large.
The carb cap, pollen press, 14mm 45 degree ash catcher, glass blunt, 710 cleaner, 510 battery water pipe adapter, and 18mm 90 degree ash catcher shipped from North Carolina and arrived very quickly. So far I have made one nice puck with the pollen press, no concerns there so far. The 14mm ash catcher does not sit well with my new 14mm bong (to be discussed later), which really disappoints me. The 710 cleaner is a waste, it does not work as well as good ol' rubbing alcohol and salt. The battery/bong adapter is cool in theory and works when clean, but clogs super easily and requires constant maintenance, overall not a great product but a cool idea. I am happy with the 18mm 90 degree ash catcher, it fits and works great with all my 18 mm 90 degree bongs. I haven't used either the carb cap nor the glass blunt yet, but they both seem fine. The glass blunt especially seems well made and I look forward to trying it.
The quartz banger pearls shipped separately from Florida, I am yet to use them.
The Jerome Baker dab conversion kit, glass pillow stash pouch XXL, newport 6" butane torch, and Jerome Baker bong arrived from Nevada. These order contained the items I am most disappointed with, but I will say the glass pillow seems fine and can do what it is intended to do, it fits my biggest bongs which is nice. Now onto the bummer stuff - I haven't used the torch yet because I just got butane for it. I understand that torches can't be shipped while full, but grasscity should advertise that the torches don't come with butane cans, or better yet, included butane cans just not in the torch. The Jerome Baker products are what I am most disappointed with. For starters, the conversion kit seems absolutely cheap and fragile, but the bong itself, while cool bubble work, is a let down. I was so excited to have a Jerome Baker as I haven't had one in 20 years since scientific bongs took over, but the quality is much less than I remember out of JBDs. I don't even think I receive the bong I ordered. I understand that there are variations in color and bubble work, but I ordered the 50/5 special edition because it looked bigger than the other dichrome options, but the bong I received is smaller than I expected and I think it is one of the dichrome collection. All my other bongs are 18mm and this 14mm seems so fragile in comparison. Neither the conversation kit (which is made by JBD!) nor the 14mm 45 degree ash catcher mentioned earlier fit and sit very well in the female hole, which just sucks. The bowl slide that came with the bong is also too long for the ash catcher, so I will need to get a new 14mm bowl to use the catcher consistently.
Finally, 18mm 45 degree ash catcher shipped from the Netherlands and just arrived. This package has been lost according to grass city's tracking and the USPS, but it did in fact just arrive. Although it fits my large 18mm 45 degree-female bong, the bowl does not sit evenly and still tips forward. This is disappointing because both the ash catcher and bong are Black Leaf and advertised as 45 degree, but in truth one if them is off because the bowl does not sit at a nice straight angle from the base, it is still titled if you follow what I'm saying.
So overall it was a large order and some of the products are great but some I am very disappointed with, especially the Jerome Baker products, the 710 cleaner, and ash catchers that don't line up as advertised. I was expecting consistent higher quality based on previous grasscity orders, and overall this was a bit of a letdown.

The shipping took awhile but that was mostly usps. The piece is magnificent and larger than advertised. The price makes the long shipping time worth it. The piece is worth at least 4 times what I paid for it in a shop.

Ordered it on Thursday and I got it on a Monday and impressed with the results of the regular shipping. Super stoked with my order thank you so much. I love it. Looking forward to shopping for another piece.

Sent the wrong item and customer service will not except returns. I will no longer do business with your company.

I ordered two items and was charged for both. I received tracking information the next morning only to see the items had not be delivered to the post office. I assume they do this because their cancellation policy is you can not cancel if the item has left the building. After waiting a week I received one item and not the second one. I reached out to what is the sketchiest customer service to find out my other item is coming rom Denmark with no ETA. Would not recommend buying from this company

Grasscity has some of the BEST customer support around. When they carried German Roor products, they carried a wide selection with many different options that have provided me with much glass over the years that I am proud to own. This is my go to online headshop. Their International Munchies section is truly a treat as well!
