Are you experienced? have you ever been experienced...Well, I have.. I've been ordering pipes,bongs,dab rigz,bubblers from grasscity/glasscity for years. Never, not one time was I left with any level of disappointment, no negative waves, or that bad taste in your mouth.. Great selection of high end glass from top quality company's at great prices.... Previously a 1 star review. These guys have made things right with me and have communicated the shipping issues well. I've now received my entire order and I will admit that the quality of these products for exceed my expectations. I would order again.

My order came on time and as described I'm glad I got the 420 sell and grab some great deals everything came as described and on time will shop again

I have had nothing but issued with my puffco peak pro 3dxl from 3 days after I bought it from Grasscity. Instead of just replacing or refunding me anything they have decided to do nothing to help me despite my case being escalated to 2 different departments that were supposed to fix my issue over the courseof a month. Full of nothing but lies and customer service is just reading from a script to get you to shut up. Do no order from this site if there is anyway you need to rely on support for anything! Also Puffco as a company decided that they wanted me to go through a whole warranty return process on my 3 day old device. This way they get to swap it out for a refurbished model. Uummmm noooo way man. Just replace the faulty device. I have been fighting with both company's over something so simple and logical for over a month now with NO ONE TRYING TO HELP ME! I would leave negative stars if I could. Wish I never bought this here at all!

There a ton of glass pipes in a Google search. This one was a low price for the description, but wow. It said thick glass, but this thing is heavy duty! I was surprised and I'd bet some of the more expensive ones aren't nearly as nice! Thanks
