Holy crap! Wish I had seen these reviews before buying! Aftercare has absolutely been on fire for the last year apparently and I can see why! This is a management and procedure issue that I guarantee can be tracked down to one management team. Buy $50+ for free shipping they said... ok. 5 items get me to $60 all in. Nine days later I'm still waiting for the last piece which is the bulk of the order and there's no tracking number. Joy! Just refund me. I don't have time nor inclination for further frustration with this clown show! Grasscity, ya best get to cleaning house or there won't be a house to clean.

Everything I ordered made it to my door safe and not broken. The shipments were early and on time. I think what I bought was very reasonably priced. I will be back for more equipment.

My husband loves Cheech and Chong (ok Boomer) so I wanted to replace his old pipe. I know he will love the Sherlock that he will get for Fathers Day. Shipping was speedy and the glass pipe was packed with care.

I ordered from Grasscity and they didn’t send all my items in the first shipment, so they had to send a second shipment later. They gave me a $15 store credit for that delay. But when the second shipment arrived, I had to pay an unexpected $25 customs fee that wasn’t disclosed at checkout. They refused to cover the rest of the fee, so I ended up paying out of pocket. Overall, very poor communication and customer service.

Made my first purchase from Grasscity recently and was very pleased with the entire experience. Simple online checkout process and amazingly low prices as a Grasscity member especially. All of my items were as advertised and good quality! I had some shipping questions and customer service reached out quickly to notify me everything was still good and my package was in transit. I ordered everything may 12 and received it all within a week and I live in south west Florida. I will definitely be ordering again!

Great price and selection

I like the items sent they all get 5 stars. What I don’t like is, first my order was divided into three separate mailings without informing me. Second, the last item in that order has not been sent and again I have not received any notification of why or if you plan on actually sending it.

Aight straight up, this review should probably be 4 stars but imma give them 5 because the bong was legit AF, their customer service is good, and it was actually my email that was sending the order updates to my spam folder, and im a chill guy lol. So the quality of the bong is top knotch, not cheap glass like u might expect and the artwork is sick AF. My only real complaint is the shipping time. Like if u ordering this as an immediate replacement piece, go to ur local store and buy something cheap to use in the meantime because the ship time (at least for me) was a few weeks. However when i contacted them to follow up, customer service was chill and understanding and i then realized the order updates they were sending was being filtered to spam. So in actuality they do rightfully deserve 5 stars, just DHL slow AF. But piece is 1000% legit and i would defs buy again

Pipe came and it wasn’t the one I ordered, like complete different vibe. Then, as I was about to send in pictures to get a replacement/my money back, I accidentally dropped it from about 1 foot off the ground and it shattered into a million pieces 😭
