Very happy with ordering process…
Very happy with ordering process through website. Items I needed were in stock. This was the only website/company that stocked the 'almond' spray paint that I needed. Website has a vast amount of items for all my log burner needs! Delivery was fast. Can certainly recommend and will be using Grate Fireplace Accessories in future.

Excellent service and outstanding quality grate
I ordered a fireplace grate to dress an open fireplace. Directions for measuring the space and required grate dimensions were clear. I placed my order late one evening and the grate was delivered within 48 hours. The grate itself is just what was required and fitted the space perfectly. The price was very reasonable. When placing the order, an error message popped up, but when I contacted customer services, they reassured me that this happened occasionally but that my order had been successfully placed. I cannot rate this company highly enough. I had found it difficult to identify a supplier of grates, but this company literally came up with the goods and their customer service was excellent, as were their delivery times. I have no hesitation in recommending them to you.

Very happy with the service we received. We ordered two items and one was damaged when it arrived and would not fit together. We were sent out a replacement within a few days. Very efficient and helpful staff and we love the product.

Restored Victorian fireplace to former glory
This site was so helpful in finding a replacement cast iron front for our Victorian fireplace. It has restored it to former glory! I thought the prices were reasonable too. When I was unsure on size I rang their office and found the man I spoke to polite and helpful. All in all highly recommended!
