Excellent service as left it late to order some medals for a scout event. Normal delivery was 7 days and put a note asking to be delivered by a certain date and they arrived 3 days earlier than my requested date. Very pleased and items delivered well packaged and as ordered. Recommend.

Excellent quality as usual

I would highly recommend this company for product quality and customer service.
We ordered the Handmade Aleman I pint glass tankard with engraving, which has exceeded our expectations.
It is superb and when there was a slight delivery glitch (nobody's fault) Michelle went above her pay grade to get it resolved.
We will definitely be using Gravesham again!
