Horrible Customer Service
Before ordering I called Customer Service since I have a narrow foot to make sure I ordered the correct size. The rep advised me to order a half size smaller shoe, which I did, but unfortunately the shoes were to short. The information in the box stated that a return label was enclosed but it was not there, so I called Customer Service and requested a return label and indicated my desire to exchange the shoes for a larger size. After several days, I received the return label and dropped the shoes off the same day at FedEx. The rep had told me I would receive an email with info about the exchange shortly (3-4 days) after they received the shoes. After a full week I called Customer Service to inquire, and I was told it may take a few more days, but the rep indicated that the original shoes had been received. I called several more times over the next three weeks with no satisfaction. Four weeks after they received the shoes I called again and was told that the shoes were no longer in stock. I requested a refund, which I received quickly. The first rep I spoke with was very helpful and considerate, but every rep thereafter was not at all concerned about the delay, and at no point offered an apology or regret for all of my inconvenience. In fact, I pointed this out to the last rep I spoke with, and she also offered no regrets, until at the end of the call I asked if she were not going to apologize and her response was "I'm sorry; have a good rest of your day." I have made hundreds of online purchases from a wide variety of companies, and have never had an experience as bad as with this company. Customer service here is horrible!
I ordered a pair of 140.00 shoes and…
I ordered a pair of 140.00 shoes and found out that in order to get my black Friday discount, 50% off, I was suppose to use a code. I called and asked 30 minutes later to adjust the order to include the discount and was told it could not be done that the item has already been shipped. Not even AMAZON ships in 15 minutes. So I now have to pay the 140.00 at full price while customer service is unable to help .Customer service agents were very cold unfriendly and abrupt. They seemed to want to get the call overwith and we're not interested in helping. I do think the product is well made . However, I doubt I will ever do business with them again.I will also make sure to make my experience known. Their product support service makes the product not worth the purchase. Ultimately when they get your dollar,they forget the customer.

Great company, great shoes
I love this company. Their shoes are awesome for any kind of foot issues. Their turnaround is quick. Prices are a bit high, but for a good sneaker and helpful health issue shoes, I feel they are in a good range. I have the Clara (I like it, and it helps my heel issue), and have the G-defy walker shoe. I just ordered another pair, and can walk for miles in comfort. Their return system is a bit weird, you have to do it by the insert that comes with your shoes and return. No online returns. But, that aside, I certainly would read any reviews and plan your purchase by good research.
