I have made a booking to test a Hyundai…
I have made a booking to test a Hyundai kona and after 3 day from the booking time I should wait more than a hour so I can get the car. One of the employees have had the car home, inside was dirty and a chair for children was in the back seat.
Very not professional.
The personal was kind.
I hope someone will see this.

Hi Danicus. Thank you for your feedback. I´m very sorry that you have had a bad experience. One of our sales persons had just sold his own car and therefor he had borrowed a car (Kona) from me until his new car was ready. That was the explanation why the car was dirty. But I agree it is not good enough, so I will try to fix that so it doesn´t happen again. Have a nice day.
