It was too dark. We wanted something lighter for our space. So we donated it to Habitat for Humanity and getting a refund. Thank you

The quality of the materials was excellent. The picture I received did not capture the colors that were displayed online. Online, the "flower" is a bright white" as I have more of the dark blue hues that reduce the beauty of the white flower.

So colors are drab and not like photo. No wire for hanging provided. The Hanging hardware on frame was too close to edge. You can see in photo the colors are not vibrant.

Different hanging hardware, including wire, must be specially requested for your order after it is placed. We need a large picture for a big wall and this one spoke to us. It looks beautiful.

The painting looked absolutely vibrant on the website and although you don't expect the colors to be exactly as you see on the website, the painting we received was so dull and subdued. we choose this painting for its vibrant white and blue colors and the white we received was more cream in color and the blue looks a lot dark blue. I am working with GBC to see how this problem can be corrected since this costed me a pretty penny with the frame. Also, i was expecting a full Metal Frame but the frame is wooden and only the facing is metallic. This was a bit of a disappointment to me as well but not a show stopper. We have purchased paintings from GBC before and have been very please in the past, but this one has been a disappointment mainly with the color hues. Overall the product quality and craftsmanship has always been excellent. Lets hope GBC comes through on their customer service gurantee... Cheers! SC

I've ordered over ten canvas prints and this was the first one that did not have the hanger package attached to the back of the frame. I used a couple of nails though and it is ok. This one is for my office office. They are all very easy to install, look great, and have been delivered as promised. I've recently ordered four more canvas prints for my home office. When I've found the same print at other sites, Great Big Canvas has had the best pricing. Also, for other sites that offer framing, I think Great Big Canvas offers the best assortment & pricing.
