So the colors in the print were not as vibrant and just muted. Lacks texture as well. Just looks like a print on cloth and less like a colorful image of art.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your canvas did not print as expected! Everything on our site is printed in a giclee style, meaning it is digitally printed onto our poly-cotton blend canvas. There is no paint applied to the print, but everything is created from the original digital image of the painting or photograph. Because of this, there is also no texture other than the canvas material itself. That being said, if you are interested in returning or exchanging your item, we have a great return policy that does not require that you physically mail back your item. We sent a follow-up email to further assist.
I love my canvas, it’s absolutely beautiful. It was very easy to install. It made my entire living room come to life.
