I recently ordered a shirt from greater half and I realized that the address I wanted the package sent to was wrong as well as the email address and I've asked for someone to get a hold of me or for a phone number to get a hold of them to correct the mistake so that I could receive my package and no one has contacted me back where is the customer service what else can I do I feel like I got ripped off

Don't waste your time with this company. I placed an order on July 11th and still have not received my items. They claimed the button-down was on preorder; when I placed my order, no indication on their website stated that it was on preorder. I would not recommend this company and have since requested a refund.
i payed $50.00 for a jersey expecting quality, this is really a cheap product made prolly overseas and sold to americans as american made, at least thats what felt their website represented, hard working Americans supporting Americans, this is NOT what i paid for feels like a bait and switch, if you make 16$/hr thats 4 hrs labor for a shirt that didnt last as long, disappointed in the way america is heading, its supposed to be quality over quantity
