Poor Customer Service
TL;DR: The communication and delivery timeline did not align with what was originally promised, and I am very disappointed with the level of customer service.
Before placing my order, I was told the processing time would be 2–3 business days, with shipping taking 2–5 business days. I placed my order on Tuesday, 1/13/26 (it was after hours so they did not get the order until the following day - even with that I expected my order to ship Friday). When I called for an update on Tuesday, 1/20/26, I was told the order would ship that afternoon and that I would receive it on Friday, 1/23/26.
By Wednesday morning I had not received a shipping notification, so I emailed my sales representative, Kaitlyn Smith, but never received a response. I called back on Wednesday afternoon and was told the order actually shipped that day, not Tuesday due to a truck issue, but that delivery would still occur on Friday.
I contacted the shipping company on Friday for a delivery update, I was informed that the delivery would not occur until Tuesday of the following week. Due to a snowstorm, the delivery was then rescheduled for today (Friday, 1/30/26); however, I received another call stating there was an additional truck issue and the delivery would be delayed yet again, now supposedly until tomorrow.
On Friday (1/23/26), I spoke with the head of customer service and was basically told, “Too bad, sorry for your bad luck.” Overall, the communication and delivery timeline did not align with what was originally promised, and I am very disappointed with the level of customer service.

We are truly sorry for the delays associated with this customer's order and that they feel they did not receive the level of service they expected. We engaged in multiple conversations with them, explaining that the estimated shipping and transit times are provided as a courtesy to assist with planning, but that they are not guaranteed dates. While explaining the delivery issues during our conversations, we did let them know that we do not have control over the freight company's schedule, but that we did reach out to obtain any possible updates that we could get. Customer service is very important to us, and we definitely did not intend to make the customer feel as though they were being dismissed or uncared for.
Fast, easy upgrade to our space
I really appreciate the quick turnaround, from the ease of ordering to the fast delivery. Assembly was simple and straightforward, and the upgrade to our (concrete basement) space was immediate. Looking forward to future orders to complete the project. Thank you

So much better than renting carpet and padding from show. Admittedly, it takes a little bit of time to setup, but I think that the padding is so much better on my feet and knees. Looks good and the company is easy with which to work.

Caring Center Thrift Store Flooring
The flooring in the St. James Caring Center Thrift Store was more than 50 years old, with no finish remaining on the tile, and it had become an eyesore. After extensive research, we chose the Max Tile Raised Floor Tile, 5/8 inch, 1x1 ft.
Working with customer service representative Jake was an exceptional experience. He understood our needs, offered helpful recommendations, and accommodated every request we had. The tiles snap together easily, allowing us to complete the installation ourselves and save on labor costs.
The flooring has now been in place for nearly two months, and it has exceeded our expectations. It looks fantastic, performs well, and has received nothing but positive comments from our customers.

Disappointed
I want to start off by saying that I received the product in perfect condition and a very timely fashion.
But I had ordered black Matts not mixed with other colors just black, you do offer other colors, I simply ordered 25 black matts and received 5,yes only 5 the other 20 of them have random color chips and it is disheartening for the amount of money it cost for them,and the shipping costs...
If you are going to offer different colors to us the consumer then sell them only what we pay for.
