We have just completed our planning of a very complicated, logistics-heavy three week trip to India with Greaves. Of course we have not gone yet, but the level of knowledge, service, and accommodation just to this point have been exceptional. Neha Kaushal and her team moved mountains to accomplish our desired itinerary during the height of the Rajasthan travel season, with precision and unfailing patience. Now we can't wait to go and share our next excellent review!

We received excellent advice when planning our tour through tiger reserves and Rajasthan. We had to make very late amendments after our planned flights through the Middle East were cancelled at only a few days notice, and these were arranged quickly and without fuss. On arrival, all the arrangements worked seamlessly with local representatives meeting us at every city stop and excellent guides at each stage. We had a single driver through Rajasthan who safely negotiated the chaotic roads, and told us little details about the places we passed through that we would have missed otherwise. We would happily use Greaves again.

We had the most amazing trip to India organised by Greaves. As our trip unfolded we realised how well put together all the ingredients were to make our trip such a success.

We enjoyed all the towns and cities we visited for themselves and the vibrant life, colour and smells they had, and appreciated the diversity of experiences we had. But more than that, we realised how much more our excellent guides, provided by Greaves, added to our experience.

The hotels were excellent choices - so pleased we were able to experience the Brijrama in Varanasi and the Wildflower Hall in Shimla.

Finally, we thought the ground operators, QXP were outstanding in their communication, friendliness and helpfulness - and our driver Ramesh was a great guy - so safe and reliable and really looked out for us when we were on the road with him - 10/10.

So, thank you for making this a superb holiday for us - we really appreciated everyone’s commitment to ensuring we had a great trip.

Grreat trip to India and Sri Lanka organised by Greaves. Wonderful choice of locations and hotels and impeccably organised. Will definitely use Greaves again for our next trip to those countries.

Fantastic trip, organised carefully and with opportunities for us to amend. Everything ran smoothly and we were cared for from start to finish. Couldn't praise everyone involved professionalism enough. Was our first time in India and we loved it.

Greaves and their local partner in India QXP, collectively did an amazing job. Firstly, Greaves attended to all our needs before the trip, with expert advice on visas and itinerary suggestions. Then the local partner in India QXP, supported us every step of the way. We were provided with a local wifi dongle, constant updates on contact info for reps, guides, and drivers for each location, as well as updated flight information. Greaves also provided us with access to Vamoss, an app that included all of our information, even offline. We cannot recommend Greaves highly enough.

Greaves organized a wonderful holiday for us to Southern India. They:
- suggested a very good, varied itinerary
- excellent hotels which were strong on atmosphere and character
- a very safe and reassuring driver
- ironed out minor problems on the way.

My 2 friends and I recently booked a “girls”holiday, to tour Southern India, staying in a number of locations.
The Greaves contact in London was brilliant in working out a possible itinerary, tailor made to fit our requirements.
Everything was worked out seamlessly; from the airport meet and greet, driver for the whole tour and room bookings. Our tour guides for each location were professional, knowledgeable and spoke perfect English.
In all the locations, we were treated to fabulous hotels with fine cuisine.
Our 14 day holiday has left us with wonderful memories, and we can’t wait to explore other regions of India in the very near future.

Everything was done online, they were so helpful and considerate.
The holiday was so well organised we were looked after in every way the guides and the driver were a joy.
We want to go back and when we do we would only use them.

I asked Greaves to organise all my ground transfers and hotels on my recent visit to India. Everything went like clockwork from The Toy Train to Shimla to a personal tour of vibrant Mumbai. All cars and guides provided were excellent. I highly recommend Greaves to anyone looking to plan a bespoke tour of India.

Greaves organised for my wife and I a 17 day "once in a lifetime" itinerary of Rajasthan for our 30th wedding anniversary. We were treated like Royalty at spectacular palatial hotels, immersed ourselves in the rich diversity of Indian history and culture, enjoyed some amazing Rajasthani regional food and got up close to some native wildlife including a tiger and leopard. We had a number of calls in advance with Greaves to work through and finalise an itinerary based on our interest, level of energy for daily tours etc, and an overall budget and they were able to provide insight and flexibility that allowed for a high anticipation of a fantastic trip. The app used to provide essential information and an overview was very helpful and used every day. Once underway, the logistics of everything went very smoothly - we were met off the plane in Delhi, assigned a driver who would be with us the entire tour and who kept us safe on the roads. Greaves ensured we were personally escorted to our various hotels throughout the trip and that we connected with the various tour guides in the main Rajasthan cities that we visited. The timetable each day was ours and the guides were flexible based on our interests and energy. Not having to worry about finding our way to certain places at certain times took any stress completely out of the trip. The hotels all were spectacular and contributed to an unforgettable and magical experience. Thank you to Greaves and partners for making this trip a memorable one and for igniting in us further interest in visits to India.

Greaves were brilliant in suggesting an itinerary for the time we had available and adapting it for our budget. They also gave us a step by step guide to completing the visa process which was really helpful. Then their India team were amazing - friendly, helpful and thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble. The Vamoos app they use is a brilliant way to keep all important travel information together. I would thoroughly recommend Greaves India. Superb customer service and expert knowledge from start to finish!
