I tried it twice
I tried it twice. Both times - LOW QUALITY product. It was laughable. I was not even able to use the item. Their return policy is pretty limited - no help there. Delivery time was FOREVER! - It's a no for me.

I ordered a fraternity keychain on December 2. They claimed their turnover was 7-9 days. I contacted them a few days before Christmas as I had heard nothing and the order still stated processing. Because they did not know, I ordered the same gift directly from the fraternity. Not only was it cheaper but it came in a few days. Now I’m stuck with an extra keychain because apparently their policy is under $100.00 you get only 50% back. I will never use this company again. I will only buy directly from the fraternity. So very disappointing.
