I have used them for 2 years in a row. As someone who typically reviews every line of my tax return, I knew that I was open to some deductions that are not well known but Shiva my accountant caught it and insured me that those are bona fide deductions. When I moved from the USA to Europe I was very worried about doing my taxes as and expat. My accountant at Greenback was super friendly and held my hand all through the experience last year. I used them again this year and it was even easier. I absolutely recommend them if you're an expat.

What a great experience from start to finish! Daria is an excellent CPA who always helps me through my tax situation. Working overseas, owning a business, and owning property can get complicated, but she made the process effortless and was always able to accomplish everything in a timely manner.

Working with Greenback has been a wonderful experience ever since one of my co-workers recommended them. On the one hand, uploading the necessary documents was extremely easy. On the other hand, the CPA in charge of us was very prompt answering questions and very, very courteous. Since I realized the need to file quite late and had no assistance or referrals for a service I had to trust Greenback expat tax services would do a good job and take care of me and fortunately they did not disappoint me Thank God! This was my first time filing my taxes while living abroad, and Nisha James made the experience seamless, easy, and clear. A big thank you to her and to Greenback for all the assistance.

Our Accountant Padma Gunupati is always very supportive and helpful. Every year working with her is always very pleasant, supportive and timely experience. She always sets the expectations with us and is very thorough in the process. The only reason why I didn't rate 5 stars is the back to back increase of cost for services in the last 2 years. I understand that increase scope of complexity with taxes can affect the cost of services however I would also think that complexity can be mitigated by technology.

Very simple process, good response time for questions and options. Sukrit Ghosh was very quick to get back to me and informed on topics related to the return. Definitely would recommend Greenback
