Within 24 hours of my Keston boiler breaking down Charlotte in the booking department and James the experienced engineer had the problem solved. James was extremely knowledgeable about what was such an old boiler - I could have wasted money getting in a standard engineer who knew nothing about these.
Communication was great and I was told the cost of the replacement parts , which were all hard to find original spares, before work commenced.

Don't hesitate to book these Keston specialists if your boiler has broken down.

I called Greenheat UK as my last resort after multiple engineers had failed to identify the issue on my boiler, only leaving me with accumulating bills. James clearly knew his way around a Keston boiler. His work was extremely diligent, testing after every part change to confirm whether or not additional changes were needed. He was very transparent about his work and explained everything very well. I also appreciate how detailed the invoice was, properly listing every part and the chronology of works done. Aside from that, he was very friendly! If you have a Keston boiler, go to Greenheat is all I can say!

We were really impressed with the courteous manner and respect shown by Mandy and Martin as well as James . Vlad came out today and sorted the problem we were experiencing and have use green heat all the time and would definitely recommend them to all our friends / thanks

Fantastic.Efficient, informed engineers. They got my obsolete and non functioning Keston boiler up and running for less than a quarter of what I’d been quoted by others.

I have a yearly contract with them which pays for labour and I pay for new parts and certification.
It is very refreshing to find a company that constantly goes out of their way to be helpful.
James the engineer has done a great job of giving advice without being demanding
He always does an excellent job with getting my equipment to work when other companies have told me to buy a new system and have not bothered
I always know what the costs are likely to be.and agree before hand for them to go ahead. He is always very reliable to do the work and to explain what the problem is.
As for Mandy who is my contact in the company. She has always put herself out to answer my queries regarding invoices or booking the work in immediately or within 24 hours if she has to get an answer from another department.
I seldom review companies however I’ve made an exception since Greenheat's work ethics have not changed since day one
I really appreciate how they treat me as a customer I only wish that there were more companies like them

In a sector that, in my experience, has a lot of substandard companies I cannot recommend Greenheat highly enough.

When my old Keston boiler broke down, a number of other companies could not repair it but charged me substantially via call out charges.

Greenheat came out promptly and had it repaired in a few minutes. When, because of the age of the boiler, I decided to replace it, Greenheat gave me a very competitive quote and after I accepted their quote they didn’t charge for the repairs.

From Mandy at the desk, James who came and did the repair and Vlad who spent three days doing the most thorough job of replacing the boiler and fixing all the pipe work that had previously not been installed properly, they were fantastic - courteous, prompt and pleasant to deal with.

I would definitely call them if you have any boiler problems.

Fantastic Service by delightful people! My boiler was due for a service on the 31st January and I was told it was in a dangerous condition and could not be serviced The new boiler was fitted over the next couple of days and I was up and running by close of play on Friday 2nd February. Mandy in administration organised everything superbly as usual and Vladimir did a first class job fitting the new boiler and was a pleasure to have around!

Problem fixed. Efficient and clear communication. Friendly and competent staff.

Fast and responsive, Greenheat were able to source a replacement part that isn't made anymore and fit it to the boiler at short notice just before the Christmas holiday started. Excellent service and support.

The whole team delivers great service. From Richard sitting in his ivory tower giving great technical advice to the office team and the engineers. They respond quickly when we have had problems and have more than once saved me from a savage death at the hands of a very cold wife. Probably not the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for. Excellent experience.

Although Keston boilers don’t have the greatest reputation, my experience has been that providing they are serviced by a company that knows the product, they are fine; and Greenheat is one such company. Greenheat maintained an old Keston boiler of ours for many years and finally this year I got them to replace the old with a new one; and given some complications with the venting, opted to stick with Keston. And glad I did, not specifically for the boiler – again it seems fine but there are plenty of alternatives – but because of the team at GreenHeat. Both Philip and Vladimir who carried out the installation are thoroughly pleasant & professional (as indeed is James who previously serviced the old boiler); and as usual everything was organised from head office by the ever wonderful Mandy (Greenheat are certainly lucky to have her!) So even if, in truth, it wasn’t the cheapest installation I could have opted for, it was more than made up for by dealing with such a decent and professional team. They were a real pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Greenheat UK Ltd is an excellent company. They have just installed a new Keston System S30 boiler and two new radiators over a four day period. We received a detailed specification and quotation six months ago. The engineers arrived exactly on time on the specified day (19th June) and carried out all fitting and pipework to an excellent standard. There were usually two skilled engineers on each day and the work was completed efficiently and on time. The new system was explained fully. We are very pleased with Greenheat Ltd - the admin is superb, the engineers knowledgeable and skilled and all staff very pleasant indeed. We have been with Greenheat for twenty years and rate the company very highly indeed.

Mick Jarvis and Mandy Strong were really fabulous! They fitted in the required replacement Keston boiler to suit my crazy schedule, Mick took extra time and care to explain all the workings, replacements and programming of the new system. Mandy is super efficient and really accommodating. The previous boiler they installed for us, lasted 20+ years! I would highly recommend their services!

I discovered Greenheat through research having been seriously disappointed with the service provided by a well-known national company. Their engineer immediately identified problems with the installation and the company organised an efficient rectification. For the last decade I have had the system serviced and maintained by them and have never failed to be impressed by the diligence and expertise they have provided. Their engineers are first class and office staff, particularly Mandy, a pleasure to deal with. Three weeks ago I had my aging Qdos28 replaced with the C35 Combi which correctly installed and registered has a 7 year parts and labour guarantee. The schedule and implementation of the installation was nothing short of impeccable and my wife and I are absolutely delighted with the result. This is a company that ticks every box in professionalism and reliability. I totally recommend them to anyone seeking trustworthy reliable expertise.

These guys know their Keston boilers. Very experienced with fair rates and terms alongside reliable support. We’re big fans, with them for years now.
