I have used Greenheat for many years…
I have used Greenheat for many years after another company wouldn’t touch my Keston boiler telling me it needed replacing. It didn’t!
James came today to carry out my annual boiler service and as always was prompt, friendly and efficient.
Over the years I have seen all of the Greenheat engineers and all have been great , they just get on with the job , are respectful of my home and clear up after themselves.I have also phoned when my heating wasn’t working and Richard talked me through what to do to turn it on again .
The best thing is I always see the same few engineers so I feel safe and confident letting them in my home .
Mandy and Martin are always so helpful and friendly too when calling to book service or if I need a call out for heating not working .
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company , excellent service from start to finish.

Waste of time
Did not show up on the scheduled day even waited couple of weeks. Do not keep to the agreements. Accepting orders chaotic- taken and managed by different people, then comes excuses about traffic jams etc. promises to call back and reschedule, but does not call.
Updated: with regard to answer the Greenheat reply: its complete lie that some of your technicians showed up and we did not let them in. We had several calls from three different persons from your company. Call on the scheduled day at 12:00 said that technicians is on its way and will be in 30 min - 1 hour. Then at 15:20 women called and asked if it is ok if the technician will come now? So how can we trust you? And prioritising clients in this case means you just dont respect your clients.

DONT USE THEM
I called Green heat Uk ltd, as a matter of urgency my boiler kept cutting out and kept coming up with a load of fault codes. A polite lady answered and told me about the fees which i did not think where was too expensive. One of her engineers came round on the same day (again very strange as everyone is so busy) for 10 minutes maybe 20, If they are engineers dealing that there was a problem with the flu rather than a PCB which is what they said was the problem. When I called their bookings lady she said there is a big problem with heat2 boilers as Keston are not had not made any new PCB boards and stated that she had been wainting for weeks for new PCB's which I did think it was very strange. In the meantime I had Keston direct coming out to service my boiler two days later, As soon as the Keston engineer was on-site he straightaway mentioned that there was a problem with the flu which needed a slight adjustment. I also mentioned to him about putting in a new circuit board, but i know there is none avaliable, he said what a load of rubbish as he had six new circuit boards in his bag And then went on to say who told you that there was no circuit boards I mentioned Green heat and he laughed. If you want a legitimate Keston repair company use Keston direct do not use green its UK Limited.

Excellent company for Keston
A really excellent company that I cannot rate more highly. I was recommended to them by Keston after a previous engineer had said that we needed a new boiler. From the initial experience with their booking administrator (who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful) through to a couple of site visits to undertake an annual service and then fix a few items that were installed badly, the service was impeccable. Interestingly we didnt need a new boiler! If you have a Keston system, don’t use anyone else to service it!

I am glad I found this company
I am glad I found this company. They saved me a fortune. I was told by another company my boiler needed replacing. They diagnosed and fixed the problem before I was able to make the engineer a cup of tea. Great service by all people I spoke too .I would recommend them to others.

An excellent service from Greenheat - James was on time, very courteous and went about rebuilding our Keston boiler which had broken down, identifying the issues and informing us of the solutions clearly. He also spotted a joint leak in his tests which he replaced. Expert insight and workmanship and even took all the rubbish away with him. Highly recommended and we now have hot water and heat again - thank you

Inappropriate and unprofessional engineer
This company was one of only a couple companies specialising in Keston boilers that agreed to carry out a boiler service during lockdown. Their charge was much higher than if I had just been able to call out a Keston engineer. I was phoned by the receptionist to tell me the ignition charge needed changing, and she was not willing to give me the engineer's number so that he could explain why it needed changing. I had to be very insistent that the receptionist is not a gas engineer (to my knowledge), and I needed to speak to the gas engineer who was in my property servicing my boiler, in order to know the exact situation, and why I needed to spend a substantial amount of my money on a replacement ignition change. I was finally able to ask the engineer directly if the ignition lockout of the boiler was due to the pressure dropping. On the gas safety certificate the engineer wrote that I was blaming my tenant for letting the pressure drop - which was absolutely untrue! (I said nothing to indicate such a thing! He seems to have wanted to sabotage my relationship with my tenant!) And a most unprofessional and inappropriate thing to write on the certificate! The receptionist phoned to take payment before sending an invoice, which I had to specifically request. He failed to inspect the flue and terminals, but passed the flue on visual inspection on the certificate.

Two words : Excellent Service
New boiler fitted in September but experienced a problem with thermostat & receiver a few months in ( not Greenheats fault, just a problem with the device). Phone call made at 9am and the engineer arrived at lunchtime. Swapped everything over and within 10 mins we were all systems go.
Thank you for prompt, efficient and excellent service. It's the after sales you provide that ensures recommendation and that I will :)

I tried to book a service with this…
I tried to book a service with this company today, but their telephone operative treated me with utter contempt. He appeared incredulous and disdainful when I asked entirely reasonable questions (e.g. whether their booking team might return my call today or tomorrow). I have genuinely never experienced such appallingly inadequate customer service.
This is the first online review of a company I have ever given, but I feel like other potential customers need to be warned about this business.

I used Greenheat UK to recently repipe much of my house during a renovation as it had all been previously done in microbore pipe, install new radiators, zone my heating with smart heating controls and install a hot water booster pump. Their engineer Mick was prompt, hard working, clean and pleasant and as a company they were a pleasure to deal with.

Arrived when they said they would, did a great job sorting out my gas leak and getting my boiler up and running. Overall did a very good job and would highly recommend them

A Exceptional Team of Heating Engineers
They have provided excellent customer service and first class communication from Mandy. All the engineers who have visited have been skilled and knowledgeable when dealing with our central boilers in a large residential block with 32 flats. They recently managed to have manufactured a bespoke piece of heating equipment to replace an item that was no longer available by the boiler manufacturer - this demonstrates a very professional team that can think outside the box. Highly recommended.
