I was looking for a particular type of Glazing Gasket to renovate an old greenhouse. I saw many types on the internet, but the descriptions were so vague that I could not be sure that what was offered was correct for my greenhouse. Then I found 'Greenhouse Warehouse', they had what I wanted and the description was so detailed that I knew it was what I was looking for. It was a fair price, it arrived promptly and was exactly what I needed. Thank you Greenhouse Warehouse :)

Quick delivery and good service

We decided to refurbish our 25 year old aluminium greenhouse, taking out all the glass, cleaning it and putting new seal strips onto which the glass sits. Called Greenhouse Warehouse to check I had the right product, extremely helpful, ordered on phone. Greenhouse now looks like new! Thank you.

A great product promptly delivered in perfect condition.

Bought a clay chiminea, cured it and used it EXACTLY as instructed on both an email sent from greenhouse warehouse and on the enclosed instructions. On the first use the lid cracked completely in half!!! Obviously I was not happy and called the company the next day to ask for a refund. The man on the phone was extremely rude, patronising and obnoxious. I was told that I had obviously used it wrong and not followed instructions and therefore it was my fault! I wished to receive a refund for the obviously faulty item. I was told where to go. Asked for a replacement to be sent out. Told where to go again! Then asked to speak with the owner as I found this mans attitude, and general manner very offensive, patronising and aggressive. He then told me I was already speaking to the owner!!! In the end I managed to get a replacement lid sent out. (would like to know what they plan on doing with the bottom half!) I am still not satisfied with the outcome, but the owner couldn't care less. I have even sent an email with photos of the damage. Unsurprisingly I have had no response. Needless to say I will never use this company again, they should be ashamed of themselves and I would advise everyone to avoid this business at all costs!

Easy to order and fast delivery

Ordered our Worcester Summerhouse, website says delivery in 14 days but had to chase after 14days only to be informed courier will be in touch with delivery date. Courier did call a week later "on the morning of delivery".
No instructions and broken glass on door, informed them via e-mail but still have not heard back.
Thankfully I found importers number and they forwarded me instructions and are replacing door.
Overall think Greenhouse Warehouse have been very poor with this order.

As I always do, I checked out ebay first to give me an idea of what people are expecting price wise. Then I check out company's and in this case I'm certainly glad I did. Out of approx 10 company's, Greenhouse warehouse were the best for price and delivery and quality. The items I ordered were delivered quickly and with no problems. I will certainly be using them again and will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you

Having broken the same piece of greenhouse glass three times in as many months, I decided to replace it with the twin-wall polycarbonate glazing sheet. The glass had an angled side, which previously had to be carefully cut to fit, but the polycarbonate is so light and manageable and easily cut with a Stanley knife, so fits perfectly. If (when) I break any other glass panels I will definitely replace them with this 4mm polycarbonate sheet. Strong, flexible and has UV protection built in.

items arrived quickly and were of good quality

My order was sent to the wrong address in error. When I realised, I rang Royal Mail and spoke to someone in the relevant delivery office. They assured me that the parcel would not be delivered to an empty house but that they would return the item to the sender. I then rang Greenhouse Warehouse and explained the situation. I reordered the items having received a very helpful and polite assurance that I would be refunded once the original order was returned. This time UK Mail was used and the service was extremely prompt. Thank you. However, Royal Mail did deliver the item to a 'safe' place and, following many phone calls to complain (all calls incidentally paid for by the complainant!), have since been back but the parcel has gone. The 'Escalated Customer Resolution Team' inform me that only the sender can claim compensation and so I am left in the hands of Greenhouse Warehouse to make that claim so that I am not £30+ out of pocket. I hope Greenhouse Warehouse will do this and let me know that this is the case, I also hope that Royal Mail will not be the chosen carrier in the future as I am appalled by their lack of customer care.

Disappointing experience - but on plus side the refund came very quickly

Everything arrived as promised. Some of instructions took some working out but I got there in the end. Two items were sent incorrectly but these were replaced by next day. Finished job is excellent and I would recommend this company.
