Very impressed by the product supplied and the timescale

Simple ordering online, delivered right on time, good quality product at a reasonable price. Recommended.

Good produce, order fulfilled very well

I originally ordered 1 piece of perspex to go into greenhouse as a replacement for a broken window. Having placed the order I then discovered that we actually needed 2 sheets. I immediately phoned up to amend the order and was told that this was not possible as the entire process is automated. The person was generally unhelpful and disinterested. I think it would have been possible to amend the order but the company just wanted to make me order again separately and pay another delivery charge. So for 2 perspex pieces costing £13 each I had to pay 2 lots of delivery at the same cost (£13 per item). Therefore for 2 sheets it cost me £52 which was a complete rip off.

The actual sheets when they arrived had chips in them but we chose to not bother returning as we couldn't face the prospect of dealing with these muppets again.

Overall we will never shop here again. My advice - AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!!!!!

If there was a NIL star rating they would be getting it.

Easy to use site. I was able to identify the various greenhouse bits and pieces I needed to help rebuild a dismantled unit. Good prices and prompt service. Likely to use again.

No problem with product and delivered quickly

Put the order in late one evening got confirmation that it was in the post next day and it arrived the following day. First class service.

After having had all sorts of problems finding a replacement panel for my greenhouse, as soon as I found this site, there was what I wanted and at a good price. When it quickly arrived, it was exactly as advertised - excellent!

Took two deliveries as I found I had more broken panes of glass in the greenhouse than first thought, so ended up ordering more. Both orders was received promptly with everything in. On both occasions the packaging was coming apart but all goods were in place and undamaged - suggest it needs more tape around the box to ensure it remains secure.

Having just moved house and inherited an old greenhouse that had fallen into disuse I researched where to find spare parts and accessories. Whilst there are a number of websites to choose from Greenhouse Warehouse was the most user friendly and in my opinion had the widest range
I have now used Greenhouse Warehouse a couple of times with only good to say. Although they were let down by couriers and my first order took 6 days to arrive they kept me informed and apologised for the delay. My next order was with me in two days, exceptional service. They will always be my first port of call when looking for anything to do with greenhouse related topics.

Very impressed, ordered a sheet of acrylic plexiglass in afternoon and it was delivered the next morning!

My order was acknowledged almost right away, and within the specified time I had received the product. As always, even when seeing the product, and its written description on "line", there is an element of doubt as to its quality. The reality was heartening. Sturdy, more than fit for purpose, the bench was also straightforward to assemble. I would have no hesitation in recommending this bench to any serious gardener.

Instead of driving miles to a garden centre who may have been out of stock, we were able to see pictures of the items needing renewal on our greenhouse and the order was immediately despatched. Will certainly use again.

I have purchased greenhouse goods on a couple of ocassions know and the service and quality have been spot on.

Having ordered some goods I was told the courier could not locate the address although we have lived here 40 years. Finally told in a decidedly curt way I had to pay a 50% surcharge on the value of the goods to get them redelivered. I declined and complained in wriring but as yet have no reply.
