DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They sold me a basket case PC which died less than a week in, they said they'd send a new hard drive. They did not send the hard drive. I contacted them again and they said they'd send a replacement PC the very next day! Christmas eve! Of course it did not arrive. After the holidays I contacted them again & they finally sent a replacement. It was more of a basket case than the first one! Wouldn't even boot up, the hard drive wasn't seated properly, the case wasn't screwed together & the cmos battery was toast. I asked for a refund & they agreed, so I had them ready for return & then they stopped replying to my emails.
I am left with 2 busted pieces of crap.

I am very pleased with the service I received from this company. Everyone I dealt with were very professional, respectful and helpful. Would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.

Bought 2019 Mac i7 15inch. Laptop arrived dead and no working charger. Had to wait over a week for new charger. Around a week, I used find my iPhone and realised my Mac wasn’t on there. Messaged seller with photo of someone else being logged in. He said he will send them a message and get to remove. No follow up from seller. So around a week later I check for update. He just kicks into the long grass. I decide to wait to see if they get a response. Over a month went by and I message seller to return and he offered me a replacement which was Mac i5 13inch. He then set up a return outside eBay.The item was sold not as described. Nowhere in the listing did it mention this defect. They also sent me messages teasing that I want get a refund. Clearly the seller is in the wrong selling an Apple product whilst being associated with another Apple ID. Even though this is the case. I didn’t get a refund nor a replacement, this is simply scamming behaviour. No doubt the seller will respond but he has no legs to stand on. Someone else Apple ID is logged in, seller doesn’t think this is a problem clearly? This is an IT COMPANY THAT DOESNT KNOW HOW APPLE PRODUCTS WORK. Not to mention no checks was done on the laptop or charger. If this was a private seller, I would have no doubts the device is stolen.

What a diabolical company. I purchased one of their laptops from ebay which was advertised with a one year guarantee. It went wrong within a couple of months, froze up completely and the screen went weird so I contacted them and they gave me the runaround for a while and then just stopped answering my messaged. Ebay is worse than useless in this situation so I am now faced with buying another laptop to replace it as it is for the kids to do their homework. Disgraceful, keep well away from them.

Have used their IT equipment recycling service a couple of times now. Both times the service has been excellent, definitely will use again!

My experience of Green IT's service was brilliant. They were excellent to deal with and did exactly what I needed, which was to collect and dispose of office computer equipment quickly, confidentially (Certified) and environmentally, and the service was free! Many Thanks

Bought item from this person via eBay refurbished and it was faulty. quoted the same price again to get it sorted. bought for £80 and then spent £80 on repairs. Seller contacted me to discuss this and was rude, unhelpful and argued over the phone in an aggressive way! Item was not as described and faulty. I suggested a partial refund to cover some of the costs of repairs and to compensate me for time and difficulties with purchase and refused. Wanted me to send original back and be fixed. I explained the time and energy already wasted and would prefer not to do this. Seller was unhelpful and argumentative about this. Avoid this company. zero customer service!

Do not trust this company thay advert shows a tower with this that on board but what i got was a small desktop 2 times do not go near the shop
