Greenland's energy show dedication and absolutely perfect customer service.

I am a firm believer that you never get the true measure of a company unless things go less than perfectly. Greenland's had numerous things happen and passed this test with flying colours.

A radiator was damaged on delivery and a replacement had already been arranged by the time I arrived (about an hour or so after the work had begun due to night work).

The electrician was subcontracted, however obviously selected with great care. He sourced conduit clips himself within 24hrs when it became apparent the wrong size had been delivered. He then proceeded to do a very neat and lovely job, stating he had no choice but to make it perfect to match the stunning quality of install done by the plumbers (who were also lovely chaps and very skilled)!

They gave me all the signs to look out for in case of leaks (older house swapping from gravity fed to mains pressure hot water) and when I found one on a bank holiday I turned the water off and whatsapped Mal, not expecting a swift reply. Nope, Mal replied on an bank holiday and had someone round to locate and assess in detail within 2-4 hrs.

A radiator was on my invoice that has not been switched. No need for lengthy arguments with Greenland's. They checked their radiator inventory right there on the phone, saw they were one up and had it fitted in just over a week.

The bricklayer also did a perfect job patching the whole where the flue of the gas boiler exited the wall. Mal also stepped in personally to arrange to get the old boiler and rubbish taken away when he saw they were still there at system commission due to lack of van space.

I wholeheartedly recommend this company for quality of install and service. This is the sort of company where if you aren't happy with something, they will bend over backwards to make it right.

Excellent lads Chris, Joel, Simon, Matthew and Leo and the electricias. Full heat pump installation, removing an old huge boiler, and all of the associated stuff. The water tank looks very neat and tidy also.

Very professional and they were attentive to my future plans for the house. Theyve made arrangements to reattend for further check ups and assistance. They were here on time each day and working hard throughout even though we were in a heat wave. Rubbish has all been cleaned up and I now have a nice new heat pump.

Planning to use them again in future for an air conditioner and solar panels.

Chris came to fit my boiler today, very pleased with the install, very polite, cleaned up after himself, took time to show me have to put pressure in my boiler and showed me how to use the controls, highly recommend!

Had my boiler serviced today and a new room thermostat, the two boys were very professional and quick. Very happy with the service and with the two lads that came, Thanks Chris and Joel.

These guys have sorted my heat pump system. I had a few technical issues which they diagnosed and resolved. They turned up on time, cleaned up any mess and explained everything they did, I couldn’t have asked for better. Chris and Joel were brilliant. Greenlandsheating are my service team going forward.

Chris and Joel did a fab job. Kept me updated on progress and what each stage was happening. Tidied up after themselves and explained the new boiler and extra work they had to do to do to make it safe. They were very apologetic as boiler had not turned up but that was not their fault. Great job!

The experience was outstanding.
Very friendly, polite and very helpful in explaining how to use the products that were installed. Explained in depth how to use the app.

We recently had a new oil boiler system supplied and fitted by Greenlands Heating, and we couldn't be happier with the service I received.
From the initial enquiry through to the survey and installation, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. They took the time to explain the options available, turned up when they said they would, and completed the work to a very high standard.
The installation was neat and tidy, and everything was left clean and working perfectly. It's refreshing to deal with a company that clearly takes pride in its workmanship and customer service.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Greenlands Heating to anyone looking for a new boiler or heating system. Excellent service from start to finish.

From start to finish all contractors have been professional with plenty of time to communicate with residents.special shoutout to Jay who has been an excellent ambassador for the company,nothing has been to much from helping residents with taking refuse out and helping with shopping coming in. Constantly updating all residents on upcoming projects,an amazing project manager.its been a pleasure to have met such a genuine nice man. Thank you.

Every job they did was done to a very high standard I couldn't find anything wrong with any of the work which was carried out on and around my property.
After all the work was finished They left leaving it very tidy..

The housing association that I rent from has greenlands to install solar panels on the roof and do internal work including installing new thermostats and sensors wall fans and other works, from start you couldn’t hope for more,Jay the project manager couldn’t be more helpful and keeps you updated at every step and goes above and beyond for all the needs residents had, the rest of the team who’s names escape me were also outstanding very professional and amazing standards of work and ethics displayed by all. Thanks for making it such an easy and pleasent experience and look forward to the impending savings
