Took my new bike in to have a simple adjustment made, because I had an electric conversion kit on it. There was no battery attached to it, I did not need- or ask for- service related to it at all, just a handlebar adjustment that would take less time than changing a flat. They had previously taken my other electric kit bike and done routine servicing on it- I certainly paid them plenty of money over the years for that.

But not only did they refuse to provide service, they were really just plain rude about it too. Stay away from this business, unless you like being treated like garbage.

BUYER BEWARE. I experienced multiple clear violations of discrimination at the Bellevue location. I contacted the store manager, a woman named Marty, and got no reply. I contacted the owner, Stan Gregg, and also got not reply. This company clearly doesn't care if their employees commit clear violations of the law. That employee is still working, today.
