Great products, well packaged. I will enjoy tasting the flavour. Slightly soured by Royal Mails tardy delivery. They missed the 48 hour delivery, by 48 hours! Even though it had arrived at the local... See more

I cannot fault Grind. Their customer service is great and their coffee even better. My husband and I drink a lot of coffee and consistently theirs is our go to. It’s a bit spendier than some others but not terribly so and life really is too short to drink bad coffee. Their dark editions blend is my top choice.
Grind is great coffee but their packaging came apart and 1 tin was lost in transit, so we initially gave a 3 star review. However, Grind's response was excellent and within a few days we received a replacement tin free of charge. That's impressive customer service! We have now upgraded our initial review to 5 stars which is well deserved.

Used online ordering. Fast delivery, great tasting coffee, their customer services department is polite and very quick to reply and rectify any problems. Would recommend Grind.
I preordered the grind 2 machine in February for delivery 'early april'. It's now the end of May and it hasn't even been dispatched, I'm absolutely furious.
Endless back and forth with customer service and all I get is made up rubbish about it being delivered the next week, the next week comes and low and behold, no coffee machine, and when customer service is contacted yet again, I hear 'from next week' again, just stop lying to me.
This was, embarrassingly enough, supposed to be a gift. I am absolutely mortified that my gift is currently two months late, and I'm beyond disgusted.
All customer service did was offer a pack of poxy coffee pods that I can't use because they won't deliver the machine!!!!!! Demanded a full refund. AVOID GRIND, I will never order from them again.
SCAMMERS have taken my money and given my nothing in return.

Trash. Bought 1kg of whole bean and 227g of dark coffee.
The beans looked like they had lived in an attic for 100 years, dusted is understatement. The taste was poor quality.
Will never use them again. Swerve

Nice and fast on the delivery and the products are great for what I wanted. The coffee is a little generic but it's not unpleasant.

Ordered & paid in full for Grind 2 early April & still no confirmation of a delivery date. Had heard great things about Grind but all they seem able to do is bombard me with marketing for coffee when they can’t even deliver my machine to use it!

Best quality coffee in UK. I ordered the first time because of the Pokemon tin promotions, then I ordered again because this coffee is really good. I'm not a coffee lover, but my boyfriend is, so he loved it and we're Italian btw, so 100% recommended. I hope they're gonna do a One Piece promotions in the future. I would like to get One Piece tin so I can put my tcg inside lol :)
I love the home blend decaff so much! It is smooth and rich.
I also tried the light blend and it is just the right strength if I need a 3rd coffee.
And the Pokemon tins are just the cherries on the top.
It was easy to order from the website and the delivery was prompt.

Bought the pokemon collab items. Items weren’t wrapped nicely to prevent them from scrapping one another. Everything’s scratched. And it isn’t cheap either.

Always been pleased with our grind subscription. Great coffee, sustainable and good value for money. Long may our relationship continue.
