Great products, well packaged. I will enjoy tasting the flavour. Slightly soured by Royal Mails tardy delivery. They missed the 48 hour delivery, by 48 hours! Even though it had arrived at the local... See more

Good Quality coffee and tin was impressed with how Quick delivery was will use again
Excellent tasting coffee. This is by far the best instant and freshly ground coffee I’ve had. I am completely converted.
Been looking at this coffee for some time and decided to give it a go so tried the House blend. The great news is they supply decaffeinated beans too. I’ve struggled to find a decaf as nice as my morning caffeinated. This is so yippee. Not the cheapest but equally not the most expensive either plus there are savings to be had with subscriptions. Delivery was quick. Packet easy to store with everything eco friendly. I certainly will be ordering from Grind again.
Delicious coffee and well-priced. I especially love the fact that the pods are home compostable.
I bought the Pokemon cup, but when it delivered I found out that is bit scratch at the btm of the cup and the colour is fade, which I'm super not happy about it😕 I mean such expensive, how can the quality so poor?!
update: I'm very grateful to Grind for contacting me after seeing my review and sending me a new mug. Their service was excellent! However, I must point out that the new mug still has some paint chips and dents. Of course, this could be a product quality issue or a shipping problem. I originally wanted to change it to 5 stars, but since the mug is still unsatisfactory, I can only give it 4 stars. Even so, I'm still willing to continue supporting their business in the future, and I hope they can find a better manufacturer for their future collaborations!

The best instant coffee I've ever drank. Ground coffee makes lovely infusions for cold brew
I'm really impressed with the Mew tin and the coffee is quite nice.
The Eevee bundle looks really good. However I am slightly disappointed that there are two small dents in the tin. This is clearly a shipping issue as they were only wrapped in a box. Personally I would wrap in bubble wrap as well just for the extra protection.
Other than that I am very happy with the quick delivery and quality of the tins and coffee.
Their customer service is always amazing, coffee gets delivered quickly and quality is great, I’d recommend for any coffee lovers
Quick delivery product seems decent, jar is a bit thin for the price but ok considering u get coffee with it too. Not tried it as is a present but smells good

The coffee capsules dont work properly as they dont fit properly in my nescafe machine that id brought from the neacafe shop. I emailed before hand to make sure, and the team were quick at getting back to me, but they couldn't give me a straight answer to whether my machine was compatible. I understand that it wasn't a guarantee that they would fit, but if coffee pods from the B&M fit and work in my machine, then why don't the pods from a 'better' brand work in it?

The coffee is the best I've ever tried. There was a delay in delivery from ordering due to stocktake/busyness, but no one died, and we remained calm.

I have been ordering at Grind for at least a year now and they are my go to coffee company 💪☕
I stumbled across their house blend coffee at Waitrose one time and could not find their in any local supermarket, so resorted to ordering via their website. I now have a subscription setup, I use their loyalty rewards too and recommend their coffee to friends and colleagues regularly.
I find the acidity and bitterness of the coffee to be the most balanced of any brand I have tried to date and every cup comes out as a welcome reward for the start of a day or as an afternoon treat.
I love all the extras I can order from them, like the coffee tins. The rewards also feel valuable, since free coffee of a brand I already love is just fab :-)
I have only needed to contact customer support once and my issue got resolved fairly quickly.
Absolute recommendation and if in doubt order a small taster first.
After the Royal Mail delivery person put my delivery in the garden waste bin which was full of wet grass... I emailed Grind with pictures and immediately sent me a replacement bag of beans.
Great service
Had a bad experience with decaf capsules grind dealt with it in a professional way offering free replacements (which I was not looking for) but much appreciated great coffee
I have a bean to cup coffee machine which is totally unacceptable for ground coffee, i was at first impressed with grind coffee but after several deliveries I received a 1Kg bag of ground coffee even though I had ordered beans when I contacted grind to explain i was met by a brick wall as apparently the order was placed by me personally, seriously why would I order ground coffee if my machine doesn't accept ground coffee.
i had no option but to place the ground coffee in a bin it might well as been the money itself (£28)!!!!

We managed to get our order in the end, after they resent my order. First time, the order was sent through Evri and got lost. Their after sales service was more difficult to reach out to than necessary, but helpful and engaging after that, hence the two stars.
We will not be ordering from them again, at least until we can see that they would send through a reputable shipping company.
