Great products, well packaged. I will enjoy tasting the flavour. Slightly soured by Royal Mails tardy delivery. They missed the 48 hour delivery, by 48 hours! Even though it had arrived at the local... See more

I didn’t get what I ordered! I was supposed to get a mix with some decaf but didn’t receive them!! Coffee was nice though.

Well packed and no issues with delivery.
Happy with the items I ordered ☺️
I have using Grind coffee in ground and pods for a couple of years (house blend) and thought for I would try your light blend. I absolutely love this blend might consider changing to for the pods
Absolutely fantastic customer service! I am a relatively new customer and any issue has been dealt with in a friendly and very efficient manner. Not only is the coffee great but so is the service! Thank you to the team! Very highly recommended!
You no longer have a phone line, or more accurately you do not answer it anymore, which is a backward step having spoken to helpful people before when things went wrong with the on line ordering.

Love the coffee. Have several flavours on subscription. So easy to set up and edit through the app if you need to.
I have a Grind Nespresso machine.
It stopped working for a few days. I unplugged it and didn't use it for a week. It now works again.
I did contact customer support who were slow to react.

Easy to order and good saving
Site is easy to navigate and discount code meant a good saving. The coffee pods are great, being compostable, and the coffee itself is excellent.
As usual the order arrived promptly and undamaged. I’m really happy that Grind use Royal Mail Parcel Force for their deliveries, as they are so reliable. It goes without saying (but I will) the coffee is utterly delicious. Besides using the ground coffee I’ve also started using the instant coffee and this has gone down well with family and friends. Unfortunately I personally can’t afford to always serve them with the ground coffee and the instant coffee is just as smooth and delicious as the ground coffee and I have started having the decaf instant coffee in the evening. I have to say that I’ve found the instant coffee is far more enjoyable to drink than any other instant coffee I have tried. Several family members and friends have now asked for tins of the instant coffee as gifts.
Delivery was 10 weeks, but I believe this was out of the hands of Grind. We were promised an extra complimentary box of coffee because of our long long wait for the machine, we picked the coffee but it hasn’t arrived. The coffee that we picked to come with the machine is too weak.
