Great products, well packaged. I will enjoy tasting the flavour. Slightly soured by Royal Mails tardy delivery. They missed the 48 hour delivery, by 48 hours! Even though it had arrived at the local... See more

Arrived in plenty of time and has always been reliable for delivery and taste!
I have made a few orders from Grind now and everyone has gone smoothly. We like their house blend coffee which suits our taste. In this hot weather spell we have especially been enjoying the cans of iced oat vanilla latte.
Website was so easy to navigate. The bundles were great value and it all arrived in perfect condition. The coffee itself is absolutely amazing. I’m so picky with coffee and the light roast is so good. I’ve even purchased the decaf so I can have an extra few cups throughout the day 😊
Super Quick delivery, easy to shop around on the website and great value - would recommend :)
Quick delivery and lovely gift set - the paper lining the tin and coffee packet was placed in had a tear in the midle but it was minimal. The gift was loved and looked very lush, thank you!
Great coffee, happy with the this too. Made a mistake on one order and sent a replacement no problem
Had slight damage to my travel mug but the team at Grind fixed it straight away. Thank you for being so helpful and quick!
Delivery was quite slow between being placed and actual delivery.
Flavoured pods smell lovely but very little actual taste and the flavour is a bit burnt (for medium roast).

Grind's decaf coffee has been a great discovery. Love it!! Easy to order and quick, well- packaged delivery.
Ordered a couple of weeks ago and still not received. It has done the rounds of several Royal Mail depots according to the App. Have made several calls/visits to Royal Mail. Just found out they have prematurely returned it to you. This was a birthday present. Not a good experience with Royal Mail. However Grind has been brilliant and already rearranged the order. 🤞

Very good coffee efficiently delivered, love the tin too!
I ordered the wrong coffee in error, totally my fault but contacted them and it was sorted out promptly, so impressed that here is a company that really cares about its customer. I applaud you . . . . Oh and your coffee is pretty good too. . . . . Thank you 😀
The coffee is good quality and I like i can buy big bags of beans to grind as needed. I think the subscription model can be useful but I prefer to order as and when because how much coffee we drink and what kind of coffee we drink changes throughout the year. My only slight criticism would be that the dark blend isn't quite strong enough in flavour like espresso usually is, so I wouldn't order that again but the house blend for filter/cafetiere coffee is great.
Grind2 machine did not work first time used. No telephone number to speak to someone about this. E mails with customer services slow and fruitless. Company currently refusing to provide details of how to return the product, confirm they will pay postage and provide details of how to make a complaint. Have never in my life dealt with such an awful, shoddy company. Do not purchase a coffee machine from this company - you will live to regret it.
