In a day and age of environmentally friendly and sustainability talks left and right, groepenkast is anything but any of this. I ordered 1 piece wrong of a big order and they want either:
* the whole order back (26+pieces) and ORDER again for 1 wrong piece;
* or throw that wrong piece and order a new one.

Incredibly WASTEFUL policy.

Delivering with postnl is a compleet circus. I have waited for two hours to receive the parcel with every half hour updates pushing delivery time with another half hour. After the two hours, postnl told me it is busy and they will deliver to pickup point. I lost Saturday afternoon waiting for the parcel, now is Monday morning and still no news about the delivery.

I bought just a small cheap thing (bridge for meter kast) but received it in a very short term (next morning) with a very low delivery cost.

I recently bought a house. The wiring was in a pretty good state, but I needed to do some work, and the original fuse box from the 1960s with 3 real fuses was a major bottleneck. I can do basic wiring, but I don't know anything about wiring a fuse box. Buying a prewired box was a great solution.

I placed the order over the weekend. I also ordered a doorbell transformer, which was a customization that had to be installed before sending. The order arrived on Monday, which means someone prepared and sent my order on Sunday. It arrived exactly as expected, and I was very pleased at how quickly it arrived. I didn't have any questions or problems, but if I did, I'm pretty sure they would have been quick to respond.

I looked around to compare prices. These guys not only had the cheapest prices, but the also had a cheaper EMAT option, which I take to be home brew. I saved €100 over their competition.

Installing it took a little longer than I expected, about 4-5 hours. Otherwise it was exactly as I expected. I didn't have any problems with the fuse box itself. It really was as simple as screwing it to the wall and connecting the external wires. I'm very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the new fuse box.

I really like security given by the company and fast delivery. The prices are quite well. I also like packing and products themselves.
