Christian knows what he’s doing. My dog, who always hated being groomed, runs to Christian when he sees him.
Haircut is always perfect and you can tell that Christian takes his time.

Joanne was on time and our little toy poodle came out of the van looking so adorable and happy.

This was great, but the pricing is a little too high for us. Our groomers were fabulous, and Sir Bentley enjoyed the experience. I was a little anxious after reading some of the reviews, but our groomer was fantastic. I tried to tip them, but the Zelle didn't work. I would use it again, but it is pricey.

My groomer Alberto always comes on time ,is professional and very knowledgeable about grooming little Bobbie. By offering mobile grooming for me is very helpful as I am my husband's fulltime caregiver. This saves me time and is convenient. It costs more but is worth it in my case.

The groomer did not know of my specifications that I wrote on your website...example...like a dry bath and not a wet bath

I got really lucky when Kimberly was assigned to my “Copper” by Groomit. This was Copper’s first grooming experience and I felt such a huge relief that it appears Copper was very comfortable with Kimberly. I can’t wait until my “Penney” is old enough to also have her first grooming experience. Goes without saying, we will only use Groomit and will always request Kimberly.

The groomers were pretty good - but I paid them $60 cash for the flea treatments and a $40 tip. Then on 10/20 I was charged $60 from my bank account. I have emailed and texted and have not received a refund. Please cancel my Nov 16th appointment.

The Groomit employee did a great job with Logan's haircut and bath--very thorough, very skilled, very professional. He got the lion cut--he looks adorable.

It was actually Hennessy’s experience and she felt like a new puppers.

It is not only convenient to have a mobile pet grooming service, but it saves our cat from all the anxiety of car travel. Plus, our groomer, Dana is amazing!

Surpris is an amazing groomer that quickly and perfectly grooms my anxious Persian cat to my liking. My cat is more relaxed with him and happy after with no anxiety.

Firstly, my groomer was great. Communicated well, showed up when expected and did a great job.
The service however was not great. I created my account and completed my profile with me and my dogs info. My groomer showed up expecting a cat. I don’t know where or how I booked a cat groom for my dog but it happened.
To remedy this they cancelled the appointment I already paid for, 5 to 7 business days to be refunded. They then booked and charged my for the new appointment. That was last Saturday. It is now Friday and still no refund.
Again, the groomer did great. But I want my money back.
