Great experience with groom noir
Great experience with groom noir. I couldn’t find what I needed on Amazon, so I googled the product and they popped up. Bought a wave brush and durag. Got the order dispatched email surprisingly quickly. And order arrived within 48hours. Great product and great service. Will shop again.

Posting again because customer service ice got in touch over two weeks ago, stating they'd send my correct order along with a box to return the wrong items they sent.

Awful / Zero customer service
Ordered a product and paid for standard delivery (3-5 days) it wasn't dispatched until 9 working days later and in that time I received no response from live chat or email.
Because of the lack of response I had claimed the funds back from my bank assuming this was a scam. They have since shipped it and haven't acknowledged the fact I had to make a bank claim for funds. So I'll now be returning the package and never using this company again.
