Not received my order/ unresponsive Customer service
Not received my order. Does not respond to mesgs. I have paid for goids that i have not received. Requested a refund. No one has been in touch. Being ignored. Phone no. is always engaged or iff line.
Totally disappointed and untrustworthy with my experience. I would not shop from this business ever! I’ve lost my monies and no goods.
Cheek to ask for my review. But also i can share my true experience for others to beware.

Efficient !
I ordered from France. The products took a little longer than expected but they arrived safely. The store manager called me personally to tell me that he was replacing one of the products in my order with an equivalent product because it was out of stock. I'd recommend it, because despite the shipping costs, it's still the best option for the products I'm looking for.

Ordered tub of scotch porter beard balm…
Ordered tub of scotch porter beard balm based on product reviews. Groom noir were much cheaper even with delivery costs than other sellers. Unfortunately for me it took six days to receive order and when I opened up the jiffy bag the lid was broken and off the tub of balm as a result most of the balm was smeared all over inside of jiffy bag. Emailed Groom noir twice with no response whatsoever. Poor experience all round

Great Product and Outstanding Support !
I have had an outstanding support from this shop. Despite delivery issue caused by the transportation company, I had great support to get the issue fixed and get my product delivered quickly.
