I went to Group Chopard Nice

I went to Group Chopard Nice. I found a car I wanted, made a contract gave a deposit. I was told I could pick it up in 2 weeks. They said it took 2 weeks to do all the safety screenings required. At 2 weeks I contacted my salesman. No response. So I went into the dealership. The car was in the exact same spot filthy. At that time the salesman who was working at another Chopard dealer texted me saying the car was in the shop being worked on and they were almost done.He was not aware I was standing next to the car and it was obvious he was lying. He told me if I paid the full balance that I could get the car Friday or the latest Monday. Friday rolls around nothing. Then Monday I received a call from a manager stating the car had a recall and that they had no idea when the part would come in. They tried selling us another car but there was nothing we liked. He then said he would cancel the deal and send the money back in 10 days. It has now been 30 days since they received 24k euros from us and they are saying it’s a difficult to send the money back. That is the most ridiculous thing I have heard. This is a big company. Sending someone their money back should not be a big issue. I expected more from Chopard Nice. First they couldn’t sell me the car I wanted and then they don’t promptly refund my money.

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever.
I booked an appointment with Chopard Antibes 10 days in advance, and explained what needed to be done. Nothing complicated- just oil change, filter, brakepads in front and 4 new sparkplugs.
I asked Chopard for a calculation of the expences, which they promised to send, but I never received a reply.
Delivered the car for service this morning at 10h00 and confirmed what needed to be done.
I waited 5 hours in a nearby restaurant for a call that the car was ready, before coming back, seing the car was seemingly untouched. This was a 3 hour job at the most.
They had done nothing with the car, and said they were waiting for spare parts.
Come on; oil, filter and sparkplugs???? In an official Opel dealer's workshop, that had been notified 10 days in advance what was needed!!
After another half hour trying unsuccessfully to reach someone in charge of customer service, I asked for my keys back and left in chock.
What a joke - unfotunately totally at my expense.
