Groves Gas Reviews 

We have had Groves Gas attend to our plumbing problems a few times now over recent years and have found them always to be helpful and efficient, with top notch know-how. I phoned recently for some help and they sent their young cheerful friendly engineer out to me almost immediately. He sorted the rather tricky problem with no fuss at all and with helpful advice and humour, and with all he needed in the van. Well done Groves Gas, great outfit, excellent work!

I have used Groves Gas before and been happy with their work but I was so impressed with Rhys and how he handled this very difficult situation. I was really nervous about having someone in the house in the current climate but he was so professional and even when the job didn’t go to plan, he persevered and never changed his professional manner. Not only that, he even took his shoes off to go upstairs without me having to ask- always a sign of a good person in my book! I would highly recommend Groves Gas!

We've used Groves Gas twice now, once 3 years ago when we first bought our property and recently to install our central heating (combi boiler). I emailed to arrange a quote and they were very accommodating to arrange a time suitable around our work hours. The quote was back within a week. It was a very good price, other quotes had come back double the cost. Work arrangements went ahead, the team was very professional and reliable. They arrived when they said they would and carried out the work as agreed. If there were any issues they consulted with us before going ahead. They took the old hearing system away. The team tidied up after them selves. We've got 2 cats and they were very mindful of keeping them out of the floorboards for us. If we need anything else doing to the property we'll be going back to them. Highly recommended.

Everything about the service was top rate and I could not find fault with anything,I look forward to many years of our relationship.

Our boiler decided to go on us yesterday, no hot water or heating and a very wet airing cupboard! Engineer came out the same day, isolated the leak, parts were ordered for overnight delivery and back to fit this afternoon!!! Boiler all back up and running in just over 24 hours!

We have had Groves Gas to do a fair amount of work, boiler services, shower renewal, flooring , shower panels, drilling through old crumbly walls and those niggly jobs no one wants to do. We have experienced top class service and help throughout. They arrive exactly during the allocated time slot, nothing is too much trouble. Great team!

Professional, helpful, turn up on time and tidy up after themselves. Even better they are local! We always use them.

Good value for money. Really helpful having reasonable finance options which spread the cost. The office staff are lovely, quick to respond and friendly. Shaun is really professional and very helpful when talking about work that needed doing and preparing the quote. The boys that came out I think they were Chris and Rhys sorry if I got names wrong were considerate and did a good job and kept me really well informed. I wouldn’t hesitate using them again.
