My first order with this company
My first order with this company. The item I ordered came incomplete, I messaged them sent some pictures confirming what I had received. Kieran from GrowWell handled my request professionally and courteously and upon seeing the pictures emailed me to apologise and inform me that he had sent out another item no questions asked, I received the replacement the next day. Overall very happy with the way Kieran handled things and I would definitely use this company again.

Rectified MY mistake
I ordered a product and it was incorrect for my needs, I contacted GroWell via email and even though it was my mistake on the order they arranged for the item to be collected and refunded me. All done within a week and fantastic communication from Keiran at GroWell. Can't fault the service received, from what was essentially my error. 10/10

There was a mistake with my order - corrected immediately
There was a mistake with my order. When I rang Logan in customer services he had the correct order dispatched and I received it next day. He handled my issue effectively and professionally and I'm now prepping my next order.

best company about with super fast delivery and comms
Best company about, ordered, next day DPD delivery so nothing is ever left on your porch/step unattended, ever, 250ml item was out of stock so Growell sent me a 1litre instead @ no extra charge, superb customer service with excellent comms.

Ordered a kit tent was size ended up being out of stock and was offered a slightly bigger one, a couple issue with delivery company but the customer service from these guys is fantastic. Everything still being sorted but this experience will make me use them again
